I had Juvederm from Natalie which they claim is suppposed to last up to 1 year. Except mine started wearing off after one month (and my face has a couple of ripples in it like she didn't smooth it out correctly when she did my injection). So, I made an appointment for her to take another look at it. I got there at my appointed time and was told that she was "on her way", but wouldn't arrive for another 30 minutes. So I left and rescheduled for the following week and again arrived on time. This time, I ended up waiting 50 minutes for her, and I would have got up and left, but since I spent so much gas driving both times, I figured I'd better stay and see her. I received no apology for her standing me up the previous week and no apology for keeping me waiting 50 minutes past my appointment time. Yet she suggested I spend another $420 and that would supposedly correct whatever she didn't do correctly the first time. Needless to say, I won't be spending ANY more of my money (or time) at 625 W. Crossville Rd. Surely better service and skill is out there somewhere.

I would give this spa a "high average (B- or C+)" rating. Nice people, immaculately clean, well-stocked with cosmetics and cosmeceuticals. Location a little challenging to find - middle of a strip mall near a Trader Joe's - but the store was beautifully designed inside and smelled wonderful! This was my first visit to this location which is very close to my home. I had a dermabrasion which was a little more heavy-handed than I would have liked and I stayed a bit too red for 3-5 days afterwards. I would definitely go back but I would be more prescriptive with the esthetician about what I wanted and how my skin reacts to various treatments. She didn't ask and I should have provided more information.

Gloria is kind, gentle and very good at both treatments. I was scared to do Restylane because I had heard it was painful. Gloriaworked with me and walked me until I was comfortable and relatively pain free. She also called to check on me later that day.
