I started going to Tranquility on a whim because I needed my eyebrows done. Being a former spa/salon receptionist, the front desk is wonderful, professional, and patient. They make a great first impression and usually don't get the recognition they deserve. As for my esthetician, she's fabulous! And then to my surprise, my hair stylist moved there! Great place, I will always recommend it!

I frequently visit this Spa for massages,waxing & facials. The staff are always very pleasant & helpful, even if you have a problem they will make sure you are satisfied. Highly recommended.

I have been to Tranquility twice so far, and I had great experiences both times! My son gives me gift certificates for holidays and I save them until I feel I really need to use them. The first time I went I believe I had a 90 minute massage. The massage tech was very nice, friendly and professional. When she was done she asked me if I was relaxed and I told her that if I was any more relaxed I'd be dead! The second time I went in for the Mother's Day Special which consisted of a massage, facial, manicure, pedicure, lunch and a gift. I spent a fabulous few hours there and decided that all I ever want for gifts from now on is gift certificates for Tranquility Spa!!! As far as I am concerned, the only bad part is having to leave!

The courtesy desk attendents had a very positive attitude which was nice but then everything changed when i was taken to the back. My room was a box, i had to fold my clothes and put them on the FLOOR, my massage expert had a COLD and kept COUGHING, she massaged over my head contantly rubbing my hair and ruining my hairstyle, i had a deep tissue which was not deep at all and consisted of long strokes, and my scheduled 90 minutes was cut down to 50 minutes which was actually a relief b/c I didnt enjoy it at all. I will not return b/c tranquility was not achieved. In addition, online says you have a choice of hot stone, hot towel or some other option w/ the deep tissue and a warm damp towel was used w/o giving me an option.

We are very sorry that our performance during your services did not come close to meeting your expectations. We guarantee that your expectations will be met, and when they aren't we hope you would tell us so we can make it right. Client feedback is critical for us to improve service provider and general spa performance. As far as the small room, we recently expanded our salon which required us to temporarily use that room for massage. We are currently in the process of expanding the size of that room which will make for a relaxing experience. As far as the website description of Deep Tissue, that was a mistake and has been corrected. Again, we apologize.

As a gift to my now husband the day before our wedding I treated him to an aromatherapy couples massage. Arriving at Tranquility we were greeted with friendly staff who took us back to a waiting room with relaxing music and offered us beverages. When called for our massage we were taken into our room that was decorated nicely and set the tone for relaxation. The massage tables were very comfortable and the staff was very professional. It was one of the most relaxing massages we have had. I would definitely recommend tranquility.

All of the staff is courteous, friendly and professional. I visit this spa regularly and have never had a bad experience. The facials and massages are fantastic. I would highly recommend this spa to anyone in the area.

When I stepped into Tranqulity I was really amazed. This was my 1st time visiting a spa in the states. Most of my spa experience has been in the Islands, Cancun and Jamaica.
My GF and I was greeted by a friendly staff member who showed us to a very comfortable and cozy waiting room. We were offered a beverage while we waited and completed some very brief paperwork.
The decor of the place was very nice, the music was calming.... my GF and I looked at each other and said, "are we still in NJ". It was like we left and was in another world.
I began with a facial which was great. She explained everything she was doing and gave me great advise about my skin. We shared a GREAT conversation about my last vacation and plan to come back and share my photos with her. (sorry no pic of the Jamaican Midget..LOL)
My massage was great as well. The room was comfortable and ......... I can't remember the rest because I was so relaxed I fell asleep... it was that good. :O)) The prices are very fair and resonable.
I walked out of there feeling refreshed and limber. I can't wait to try some of their other services.

I've become a repeat customer. I started with a hot stone massage (had a SpaFinder GC) and returned for a fabulous pedicure and lash tinting. I've recruited my hubby to be pampered and we are going together! I'll be going back again and again!
