I love this place!! I bought my mom a certificate from spa finder for mothers day and she loved it and told me how great everyone treated her and how her massage was the best she ever had. So when I saw a Groupon for this place I made sure to buy one for me and my mom. We went to have facials on one day with Brooke and Phyllis. Then we went another day to have massages with Phyllis(I requested her because of her outstanding facial) she told me she did massage too! My mom had Allison and said she gave a really good relaxing massage. I would Highly recommend this place!!!!!

Here is a copy of an email I wrote to the owner, which was NEVER answered!! Very unprofessional!!
It took me 2 months to actually get the massage due to lack of availability, but I had the worst experience I have ever had at a spa...ever. I got to your salon promptly at 11:45 (as specified by the person who called the day before to be there 15 minutes early), with my appointment scheduled at noon. I did not get called into the massage room until 12:10-12:15, and the massage ended promptly at 1pm...not the full hour I was promised. However, I was glad it was over. My therapist (her name escapes me) started off by rubbing massage oil all over my face and hair. THIS IS NOT NORMAL. Then, the massage was not enjoyable at all. It seemed like the therapist did not use any oil on my body. She was yanking my skin back and forth as I was wabbling all over the table .It's hard for me to even believe she has a massage therapy license. I felt like I could have given the massage she gave me, but probably more enjoyable. Please know I'm not looking for a refund...I just wanted you to simply know how aweful that person was...and that she should not have a job at your spa...judging from what I experienced on my first visit.

I got one phenomenal hair cut from this place, and returned a couple months later excited for the same kind of service. It was not to be...ever again! The same person who cut my hair the first time completely threw his pinking shear sanity to the skies and sculpted my 20something year old head into a 40 year old butch lesbian Garth from Wayne's World. I actually even went back to this same guy a third time, still fooolishly blinded by how wonderful that first cut was---and I left crying, looking worse than EVER before. The receptionist offered to have a different stylist fix it for free the following Monday and then they jerked me around for 3 WEEKS after that-- Just as well, I would be mentally incompetent if I went back. I don't recommend any pedicures either, the service was subpar and over charged ($45), just for a cup of tea and an herbal compress.

I chose Diamante for a massage because I liked the sound of a free "oxygenating zen bath" preceding the service. I dislike when a spa experience is too clinical or rushed, and the fact that I could spend a longer time at the facility was delightful. When I arrived, I was immediately treated like a princess. Even the chairs in the waiting room are luxurious, and I was given refreshing cucumber water to drink. I wore a bikini in my private, seductively-lighted zen bath, which loosened my muscles up for the fantastic massage that followed. Afterwards, I was given a fruit plate in another cozy room with a lovely fishtank. All in all, a great experience at a very unique, comforting, and beautiful spa! Can't wait to go again.

Do Not Go to This Spa!! The owner is very unprofessional. She did laser therapy on me and burned my skin. I went to the dermatologist yesterday and she gave me a cream to put on the burns. The owner has claimed to be "sick" for the last few days. She is only concerned with her fears that I may sue. That is not my intention and I expressed to her in an email hesterday that I would just like to know what she used on my skin so that I can tell the doctor. This was actually the second time I had been to the spa. The first time the owner's boyfriend gave me a facial and it was terrible too. There were still blackheads in my skin when I got home. I only went there the second time because they said the owner would do me herselelf and I would get 20% off. Obviously this was a mistake since I have been in my house for the past 5 days with burn marks all over my face. The saddest part is the owner, the one who did the procedure, wont even talk to me. She has been completely avoiding me even though I went to her salon yesterday (she was out sick) and showed her employee my burns. She just doesn't care!!

I have lived in Fort Lauderdale for few years and have tried many spas, but none compare to this one! Its not as big as contour spa, but I found it so much more welcoming and stress free. They have the largest menu of service and I have ever seen. this spa is very unique from other spa I have been from decoration to the people that work there they all make you feel like you are the most important person. I received a Fountain of youth facial form Tara, I was told I would see results after my first treatment, but I wasn't so sure until the next day my skin look unbelievable. I also received a massage that day it was heavenly I could barely wake up after. Leave the spa that day I feel rejuvenated and stress free!
