When I arrived at the salon (15 minutes early for my appointment as I was instructed), I was told there'd be a short wait. However, they did not take me back to the room until an HOUR after my original appointment time. It's not a spa atmosphere (i.e. relaxing waiting room, hot tea, changing area, robes, etc), so I had to sit in the hair salon. There was no compensation for my wait, and I was then frazzled going into my appointments because I was having to adjust my schedule for the rest of the day.
My services (facial and massage) and the technicians were good, but the overall experience was lacking.

From the time I made my reservation, I felt comfortable knowing I'd be able to talk to the staff. I arrived on a Sunday RIGHT after they opened and the manager and my massage therapist were already waiting for me. I explained it was my first time, and she made me feel at ease. Her hands are awesome and her room's atmosphere is so soothing!! Before the massage, she told me what I should expect before, during, and after the massage so there wouldn't be any surprises. During the massage, we began chatting like friends. She explained everything she was doing (like why my arm had to be folded on my back, why I should drink water slowly afterwards, etc.) and overall I felt comfortable to the point that I WILL be returning for more services. I given this place a ten.
