I booked a hot stone massage as a birthday treat to myself. When I arrived, I was promptly greeted & led into a very relaxing waiting room (only about 5 minutes). Then my massage therapist came out & led me to the massage room. The massage was very nice & exactly what I needed; however, the front desk had me scheduled for the wrong massage. I received the Signature massage instead. Still amazing & I'll be back.

I took my mom here for 90-minute massages and we were not impressed. It seemed like both of our massage therapists were tired even though we received afternoon services. My therapist took an extended amount of time to even enter the room to start my massage. Then, despite my requests for more pressure, she was barely getting into my muscles. At one point, I thought she was taking a break because my massage seemed to stop for 5-10 minutes for no reason. When it came time for her to rub my feet as I requested as an area for extra attention, she focused on my legs and barely touched my feet until I gave her more direction. All in all, these frustrating aspects ddi not make for a relaxing expereince.

I came to this spa a week before my wedding for a facial. They were very professional and nice and the atmosphere was really relaxing. They also have some great products available to buy afterwards - my fav was the pineapple scrub!
