Naya Sanctuary Spa is a holistic day spa located at the City Center in Newport News, Virginia. The spa offers customized treatments that are personalized with custom oils, aromas, and techniques. A variety of services are offered including massage, body polishes, body wraps, hydrotherapy, facials, natural manicures, and natural pedicures. Naya incorporates Naturopathica products in its facial and body treatments. Before treatments guests may relax in the spa's lounge area. The spa is open Monday through Saturday and is only available for private parties on Sundays. Guests may host events at the spa which will provide everything from cuisine, car service, and flowers.Location

Whenever I need to relax, I visit Naya Spa. They have great customer service and a VERY relaxing environment. The staff is very nice and well trained and they make you feel at ease. If you want a great massage and facial, make sure that you make an appointment!

I received a spafinder gift certificate for my birthday and looked on this page to find a spa that I hadn't been to. My mom and I had been busy moving alot of furniture etc for the past several weeks, after a week & half of phone tag trying to set up appt. finally our spa day had arrived. I received email about 39.00 50 minute massage treatment and called to make sure this was allowed with the certificate & was told no problem could use it. Left the coupon at work but told the young girl I would leave and come back with it if needed. Also set up pedi's very disappointed 20 minutes max., only filed the nails, slight trim on big toe, cuticles rushed....any other pedi would have been atleast 40 minutes and for half the price. 20 minute pedi for $40.00 bit extreme. If you go to this spa make sure before you do anything you ask at front desk before doing any thing...Needless to say we both left very duped after we had gone in to have a fun, mom and daughter afternoon. Money wasn't the problem it was the fact that you go to a new spa to try it and then it costs double what you thought and not at all what you've had at other local spas. My mom had been to Naya when they first opened and loved it must be new owners or something.

My duaghter, mother and I visited this SPA in Feb 2010 to celebrate my birthday and experienced a variety of different services. We all were very pleased and enjoyed the lunch. I really loved the 'Dreaming' package and we have decided to visit this Spa three times a year to celebrate each of our birthdays.

My boyfriend gave me a spa gift certificate for my birthday and I wasn't exactly sure what service I would most benefit from.So I went to the Ohm Spa website and did some investigating and decided on a Ohm Signature massage and Reflexology.At the last minute I decided not to get the latter of the two and got primed for my massage.From the moment my mom and I arrived we were ushered in to relax in a beautifully decorated room w/ wonderfully relaxing music.We were offered refreshments and I was soon wisked off to change into a plush robe and slippers.My mom was having a manicure/pedicure done so she was taken in the back to get ready as well.My therapist ran alittle late but arrived shortly and I proceeded to get the best massage in town !! I have only gotten one massage before but the one I received at Ohm Spa was by far the best.The other just pales in comparison. My therapist was very knowledgeable,very understanding and extremely professional.My mom and I will definately go back..and soon.It was the most relaxing day I 've had in a very long time.

This new quiet spa in City Center is small, but quaint. I have had two french manicures and one pedicure after work and found the ambience very relaxing and the staff friendly and experienced. Parking has always been available in front of the spa. I plan to have a stone massage during the holiday season.
