Tony has a ton of experience and has done a WONDERFUL job on my hair. I have been there three times and hope to remain a loyal customer. I have naturally curly hair and he has chemically relaxed my hair with no damage. Reasonably priced and top notch service.

SRO is a great salon with a very talented staff. I am always pleased with the services I receive and get lots of compliments. If you're looking for the best in hair, nail, and skin care, SRO is the place for you. I also like the convenient online appointment system. This allows me to make appointments at my convenience. I have referred my mother and two sisters to SRO all of which have become regular clients. I HIGHLY recommend SRO and guarantee that you will not be disapppointed!

I found it extremely convenient to use four $50 Spa Finder certificates for my services. I enjoy having the ability to schedule appointments on line (not available with many salons) and most importantly my hair is the healthiest it has ever been. Keep up the great work!

Be Cautious when using Spa Finder gift cards here

I used my spa finder $50 gift card at this salon for a $25 service. I now have a credit at this salon and whenever I try to book an appointment the specific person for whatever service I desire is unavailable - either on vacation or out sick or just not there. And there's only 1 person per service. Can't do a massage and a nail service on the same day. The nail girl works Saturdays and massage person only works Sundays. I have tried for 4 months to book a service without success and the manager will not return my phone calls. They have stolen my money and I am reporting to the BBB!!!!!

Issue resolved closed..... We in all the years in business have never been accused of stealing or being dishonest. You had a credit how can we steal it? you were just impatient or just wanted your change which is sort of impossible with any gift card of this nature Spafinder do not offer terminal services (as of yet) so we must mail the card in to redeem however we must issue a in-house credit unless you have like American Express, Visa etc. gift cards which we do accept electronic terminal processing and your remaining balance stays with you and your card until all funds are exhausted. We do apologize that you could not find openings to fit your schedule we ask clients to use our online appointment system to reserve times it works pretty well from the feedback of clients which are 100% that use it. We are really busy I understand you could not wait until appointments opened up for you..... The staff however shocked at allegations decided to purchase you a $25 gift card to spend ELSEWHERE we have had it hand delivered to your home and accepted by you.... We here at Standing Room Only hope you can find a Salon Spa that will satisfy, make you happy and can accommodate all your needs Thank you and again case closed resolved

I have been to my fair share of salon/spas only to be disappointed in many cases. The staff at SRO are a team of knowledgeable technicians everything from my head to toes were pampered and my hair never looked better, I look and feel renewed they all made me very comfortable and welcome. thank you spa finder for introducing me and my friends to Standing Room Only
