We take reviews of our practice very seriously and are extremely concerned when someone posts comments that demean the experience of our staff and the quality of the care we provide our patients. Unfortunately, too many times we have found these reviews to be posted not by a patient, but by another medical practice in our area with malicious intent. Still, in keeping good faith, we thoroughly investigate each review whether they be positive or negative to ensure patient satisfaction. Unfortunately, the final results of our investigation of all of our patients who have had a laser lipolysis procedure for gynecomastia did not reveal anyone with the clinical outcome you described on post-operative checks. Therefore, we do not believe you are an actual patient. When someone posts a review with such clandestine animosity, we are even more skeptical of it's validity. We encourage anyone who may be unsatisfied to contact our office so that Dr. Young can perform an examination to compare the results with pre-operative and post-operative photos as well as pertinent procedural discussions between our staff and patients which are notated in our charts. When a claim has also been made that another physician had to "fix" one of our patient's results, we also would like to have the opportunity to consult with that physician.
