I am a real customer and visited Vitality 11/1/2011 for the first time. I haven't had a facial or massage in a long time (years) because I'm always disappointed afterwards, but I had gift certificates to use and desperately needed some pamper time. I found Vitality on spafinder.com. This place and the people are fantastic! I had my facial with Kari first. She is so attentive and tells you everything she's putting on your face (I like to know). She gave a great face and neck massage followed by a relaxing arm and head massage. My skin felt great and I felt truly pampered. It's the first time I felt like I got a true hour of a relaxing facial. Next I had my massage with Rachel. She is definitely in the right business. She is amazing! I really have a hard time finding someone who is strong enough - I like a true deep tissue massage. It's the only way I feel any benefits. Rachel is not only strong enough but seems to tune right into all of your trouble spots. I haven't felt so relaxed in years. Another great thing - they don't try to sell you antying. I hate that. I am so happy to have found this place and these wonderful, professional, skilled ladies. This may sound too good to be true, but it's true. Go see for yourself. Oh, and if you do, they don't have a sign outside the building - they are tucked inside, so just park and wander in.

Simply perfect! From when I walked through the door to when I left an hour later feeling a million bucks. I will be back to try out more of the treatments and will defiantly recommend this Spa to my girl friends.

I visited Serenity because of some sinus pressure that would not go away despite my doctor's best efforts. A co-worker suggested I try ear candeling...which I was hesitant to try because I am not the "holistic" kind of girl. But after three months of constant sinus pressure, I gave in and googled "ear candeling". Serenity's webpage came up, and even though it was 4pm on Saturday afternoon, I got a sameday appointment (later I found out that the staff stayed late just so I could come in). The staff was very welcoming, and the service was fantastic! Although I am not 100% holistic, I do believe that what ever is going on at Serenity has a very healing quality. Not to menntion the great variety of services! Many of which I have been back to try. (The only reason I docked a point off the service variety is because they dont have a facialist.) I have recomended this spa to all of my friends, and will be a client for a long time to come.

This is a very small, quaint spa with great service. I was greeted promptly and taken to a room as soon as I walked in. Everyone was very nice. I had a 90 minute massage that was very relaxing. The therapist was good (sorry I don't remember her name) and the experience was enjoyable....not to mention a GREAT price!!
