I called to book an appointment and everything went smoothly, the desk person was very polite and helpful. The decor in the spa is serene and calming with warm gold colors. We were greeted by the reception and owner of the spa who checked us in and offered lemon water. We went in for a couples massage 90 min and I must say the masseuse was extremely professional. Both of the masseuse made sure we were warm through out the massage, if we were OK with the pressure and were asked what type of massage we preferred and the focus area. We felt 100% pampered. Its value for money for a luxury massage, the ambiance was relaxing and friendly. After the massage we got facials and that was simply divine! Both women were professional and explained what they were doing. Price is very reasonable especially the couples massage. Love this place! They always make me feel like I'm #1. I've been to so called "day Spas" all over Suffolk county and they are the real deal! Other places make me feel like they think they're doing me a favor. Not Euro Spa. I always feel like I'm the most important person there. It's awesome.

I was very interested in using their services because of the great reviews online. I have called for 3 days, no answer and I left a message. I am going to Charmed Salon in Miller Place instead. I hope Euro Touch reads this, such a silly way to lose a client. And yes, for the doubters out there, I had the right phone number.

Love this Spa! Best customer service, great enviroment, and pleasant staff. I had my bridal party at Euro Spa and my guest and I were very pleased with all of our services. We all had our nails done, massages, facials, makeup and our hair blow outs. They serve lemon water, hot tea and fresh fruits. The decore is beautiful, very professional and clean. My guest were taken care of and were treated very well. It was truelly unforgettable experience! I will book my daughters birthday party with them, they did a great job.

My friends and I have been going to this spa for a couple of years and they never have a problem accommodating the four of us. They have an area where you can sit and chat and they offer hot tea, lemon water and sometimes they bring out snacks. the service is the best i have ever received as were the facial and massage. The staff did not push any products but did inform us f what products would work best for our skin. This spa will be the place we go to together for as long as we can and i hope to also go with my mom and 2 sisters. I have never been disappointed.

I visited Euro Touch Spa on a Valentine's Day as a gift from my awesome boyfriend. First impression was really good. The reception was warm and cozy and the lady who welcomed me was very sweet and answered all questions. My treatment was glycolic peel followed by hot stone massage and reflexology. My massage therapist was Joyce. She was professional, polite, respectful and she truly knew what she was doing. The environment was very relaxing and I felt wonderful after.

Excellent massage and facial. After reading the last review, I was reluctant to go there but a friend told me that Massages and Facials are the best around, so I figured, what the heck I will try it once. Well, let me tell you I had the best massage and facial I ever had. The therapist was friendly, knowledgeable and very good. She massaged all the right stress spots and I felt very relaxed and calm. I was told to drink plenty of water and she even offered to show me some stretch moves that would help my lower back and shoulders. My facial was wonderful, the little lines on my lips practically disappeared and I felt rejuvenated. All in all the whole experience was wonderful and I will return to this spa. Prices are fair and reasonable and very convenient parking. Good job!!!!!

I chose this particular spa simply because I was new to the area and saw the fabulous reviews from Spa Finder. Unfortunately, I could not have been more dissappointed. To start off, customer service was informative and polite. So that was good and when I called to make the appointment, my high expectations were being met. However, I went for my service- that's when things went downhill... When I was asked to change and lay on the bed, I noticed the steamer they had set and turned on had all mold on the inner spout of it! It was gross!! I wanted to not believe it so I convinced myself it was discoloration; I wanted a nice facial and didn't want to dismiss the spa because of that. When the facial started, I realized I wasn't getting the organic facial I ordered. On the spa's website, the Organic Facial is advertised as using Eminence spa products. Not one Eminence prodcut was used. I sadly knew this because I use Eminence products at home and had worked at a spa that had such products. Lastly, the place looked a bit worn. Water marks were on the ceiling in the bathroom, the facial room could have used another coat of paint to hide the previous paint color and the ambiance could have been more relaxing by varying lights and dimmers. I truly do not want to be so negative, but for the price and the rave reviews I expected more- at least, at the very least, not what I experienced. I will not be a returning customer.

The best laser facial! The dark spots were much lighter and my whole face looked moist and glowing after my first visit, I had remarkable results. I had an amazing laser technician, a beautiful European lady!

I finally found Cherie! I went to her at a different location years ago and was very upset when she left the place. My friend told me she finally found her at Euro Spa & Salon and i couldnt be happier. She is a true master no one cuts my hair better then her. I got my hair done in Manhattan at high end salons and it stil doesnt compare to Cherie's work. When i came in for my appointment i absolutely loved the place! Everyone was so sweet and made me feel like a queen, the place is beautiful, stylish and very relaxing. I booked a massage with Jassey and absolutely loved it! I just want to try all the services, if it was up to me i would live there. Hahaha

I received a gift certificate for a full-body massage at Euro Touch Spa which turned out to be a truly great experience. The staff is very nice and friendly. As it turned out, they also have a sauna which I tried on a later visit. The sauna is brand-new and very clean (compared to saunas I've been to in Brooklyn) and one is in full control over temperature in the sauna (as different from most others places where typically temperature is fixed and unbearably high)

My boyfriend got me a gift certificate for my birthday ; i always want it to go to a spa. The place is very nice , the decoration was very calming and i really love the soft music ; the massage was more like rubbing , that a real massage ; but it was ok. I usually see on tv that they put a lot of hot stones in the back , this person just put one and she was moving it along my back . I really enjoy the wax on my hands but the manicure was TERRIBLE , the girl there, did a terrible job with the nail polish . It look like a five years old was doing my nails. I didn't want to get upset because it was my b-day but i let my boyfriend know so he dont get me a gift card from there in the future

At European Touch day spa the staff is so advanced with the latest procedures and services. I had plenty of facials in my life time and i can honestly say this was the best one i got ! The Esthetician provided me with her undivided attention and tought me the proper way to take care of my skin. My skin was glowing after my treatment!
