Needed some work done for a lingering sports related injury to my hip and a friend referred me to Hands on Healthcare so I called in and took the first available appointment which happened to be with Monica. Half-way through I was trying to add another hour to my appointment just so she could keep working on me. Just from my description of the pain and nature of the injury she knew exactly what was happening and I've literally been walking better ever since. You cannot go wrong with Monica and I'm lucky to have found her.

I was introduced to Hands On Healthcare about 2 years ago, from my sister who gave me a gift certificate. I went there for a massage to relieve my neck and back pain. The staff is always professional and really pay attention to you. They were able to inform me and educate me on different massage techniques to diffuse my pain. What I like about this place is that if I needed to come in immediately they would take me , and I can have a massage for 30 minutes instead of an hour if I didnt have the time. My usually massages are trigger point therapy, and today was myofasial. Kim the massause was excellent, they are all so wonderful and very knowledgeable about their services.

I had moved, so I decided to go to Spafinder.com I remembered Lauren, from Hand on Health care Massage. When I first walked in, Lauren greeted me with a freiendly smile and made me feel very comfortable that she will be working on it. She explained everything that she was going to do so I understood it. I got a complete education of the procedures and how I should care for my skin. I have extremely sensitive skin and I do get nervous when people work on my face. I was extremely expressed with her professional way. Honestly it was the best facial I had ever received. Her scalp massages were the Best! I loved the Aroma therapy too!!! I will definantely will recommend Lauren to all my friends. Thank you Lauren and I will see you soon for another fabulous facial! If you want total relaxation, then you have come to the right place. From the moment I walk in I am completely relaxed. The atmosphere is very calm and soothing. I have used a few different massage therapists and have been completely satisfied, by the massage and by the professionalism. My boyfriend loves Hands on Healthcare also. Anytime the stress of day to day life gets to him, he goes for a massage and walks out a new man....I highly recommend this wonderful place and I am trying to get a few friends together for a spa party. Give it a try, you wont be sorry.

Sometimes service can be hit or miss or places, but the one thing I like about this particular spa is that they have great customer service-- meaning if you're unhappy, they will work with you rather than write you off.

This is the best massage therapy place on Long Island. The staff is welcoming and well rounded in all types of massages. I am shocked to see that there are any negative reviews for this spa. My family and I have been going there for years for the simple reasons of high quality, low priced massages with a personal touch unmatched by any other spa on Long Island. If you are in the area and do not stop by to give this place a try then you are missing out on a GREAT experience. Try Lorelle, she is great.

I keep telling Marla that she needs to open another Hands On Massage in Delray Beach, Fl. I just can't find any therapists that compare and geez, her son who lives down there could certainly run it! Every massage therapist is terrific, atleast the one's that work deep. They don't get tired doing 90 minute sessions and each and every therapist is very professional and probably the best Long Island has to offer! She has true magic there! I always feel comfortable and welcome. The place is clean and there are always men being seen, not just woman. I was told that they have a bout a 50 / 50 ratio. My time is very valuable and I wasted a lot of time and money at other places, that just offered mediocore services. Hands On is thriving and they should due to there pricing structure, the quality of services and the professional environment. Good going, Marla, keep up the good work!

They are as good as you get! I My back hurt so bad I thought maybe they could help me and wow! did they! The place is a beautiful spa, very professional and very evident that they have confidence! The girl that answered the phone really helped me pick out a therapist based on my pain! Wow, Jody was amazing! I've never felt so at home as I did at Hands On! I will definetely make them my place and can't wait for a relaxation massage. Jody wouldn't even take a tip because I had pain! Who turns down money? Great place and will definitely send my friends, too!

I have gone here twice so far. Once with a girl friend of mine for a "couples" massage and once for an individual massage. The couples massage I would reccommend for both friends and intimate couples. The individual massage was relaxing and was even offered complimentary hot rocks. Always a perk to get free extras. The staff were very friendly and professional.
My only complaint was that it seemed they weren't quite ready for me when I showed up though I had made the appointments at least a week in advance. I waited a good 20 min.
Overall, great and affordable and they seem to have a lot to offer.

I gave this spa a "second chance" after they were disappointed that I was unhappy with the quality of service the first time that I was there. The manager offered me a complimentary half-hour massage.
This time, I was mostly impressed with the serenity room and the exceptional hospitality of the front desk staff. The serenity room didn't exist the last time that I was there, so it was very peaceful and a big plus.
There are about 15 massage therapists to choose from. I would visit the spa again, due to the atmosphere and pre-massage treatment, but the massage itself was average. I would go to one of the other therapists to explore if they're a better "fit" for me. It's okay to try more than one person. Sometimes, it takes time for personalities to "click." I'm glad that there are many options at this spa.

I had a therapeutic facial with Kelly. It was a spa finder deal but i was treated as though I was royalty! I will never go anywhere else for a facial and I can't wait to try their massages. I spoke to some one who just came out of a massage and she had to sit for alittle while in their special relaxation room because she felt a little "so light'. She said she was "wowwed" and felt awesome. I feel great! I have a gift card to a Massage Envy store and I'm not even sure I will go. Kelly is amazing!

I just had the best massage of my life. This was my first time at Hands On & I was very impressed by my overall experience. The staff was friendly & professional & the seating area is like a comfy living room. My massage was wonderful. I feel that the therapist addressed all my issues that I discussed with her and she also made me feel very relaxed & pampered. I enjoyed the extra touches like the hot stone sampler & the hot towels for the feet. I will definitely be booking another massage there.

I go for massages frequently elsewhere and I wasn't impressed by this spa. The therapist didn't have the nurturing personality that I am use to. She was very strong and able to provide a very deep massage, but it's not for everyone. I also didn't like the way that the therapist spoke to me. She came across as defensive and not receptive of what I was saying. Definately a below average experience.

My husband and I did the Decadant duo message. It was such a wonderful experience. This is something every couple should do together. Champnage, chocolate covered strawberries and foot soak with rose petals. Amazing!!!

I've been going here for several years now and it can't be beat! I go every few weeks for a massage. The staff is always friendly, the rooms very clean and nicely decorated, but it is Lisa, my therapist, who makes the place amazing. I received a gift certificate from an old friend living on the other side of the country for Hands On HealthCare Massage Therapy. My friend knew I needed some TLC and relaxation. What a great gift!!!
My massage therapist, Stacie, was absolutely wonderful . I felt completely comfortable and relaxed and she helped to release tension that had been building up for a long time. The spa was beautifully decorated, very clean and the tranquility room was an added surprise.

I have been to at least 20 different places to have a massage and this was the best I've ever had. A friend had recommended Shawn because he knew I was hard to please when it came to a massage, and this was perfect. I have had where it is to light, to hard & just didn't feel good or just OK, but at hands on healthcare massage therapy I felt like goldie locks, it was just right.

I am currently going to Hands On HealthCare Massage Therapy spa twice weekly for a medical message which has been wonderful. I was in a car accident and have nerve pain which affects my neck, back, arm, hand and the relief I have been receiving from the wonderful hands of Lisa and Stacey has been an excellent experience. Upon entering the spa, you are greeted warmly and feel like you have known everyone for years. Not only do I receive excellent massage relief but there is a level of caring that is superior. I highly recommend this spa.

What a deep and relaxing massage by Mary Anna!! I didn't know how I'd be able to walk out after such a thorough and deep yet relaxing massage. The office is easy to find, parking is right in front, the office is clean and the staff is so very friendly! I will definetly be going back, can't wait!

Walking in to this Spa, I felt a wave of relaxation come over me. I chose the Retreat for the Feet off of their vast menu of services. Instead of waiting the few minutes until my appointment up front, I was escorted to a "Relaxation" room. The sound of the fountain and the comfy couches geared me up for what was next. My theraoist was very professional and had such a great touch. Overall, my feet felt "petal soft" (like the descpription said they would) after the session. The staff is very friendly as well as knowledgeable. I hope your experience will be as great as mine was!!!!!! Can't wait to go back!!
