Contrary to what the first review has said, I've visited the Sanctuary Spa quite a few times as I am a member of Greens and have always found the treatments very good and professional. Some staff do need to work a little on how they project to the public. The treatments that I have had, ranging from basic massage to more specialised body treatments have been great each time. (I had a fantastic full body massage plus facial special, which was a bargain, a couple of weeks ago), and their hip and leg treatment is very good. The rooms are a little dark. Don't expect a special lavender scented pre-treatment room with teas and coffee, just good standard treatments.

I went here today for a treatment and this place is truly awful. It is not only very dirty, but the staff are rude and they are very bad at their jobs! I had a waxing, and firstly she didn't ask me if the wax was too hot, then she pulled it off so badly that she made me bleed - and didn't even apologise! Then she didn't even do what I actually wanted and didn't even ask me if it was okay. VERY, VERY bad, really would not recommend this for anything, let alone a spa day.
