J'spaa

I found J'spaa on Spa Finder and decided to use my gift certificate there. The waiting area was comfortable and relaxing and smelled amazing! I was very excited to get my nails done here. My manicurist and pedicurist were very friendly and polite. More importantly they were very clean and made sure I was comfortable. I got The Works Pedicure and Manicure, which felt amazing. They even explained some products to me that will help keep my skin soft for the winter. However when I got home from my apointment (about 20 minutes later) I discovered both my nails and toes were not dry. I tapped one and it smudged right off. I called back and they offered to redo it at half price since I had left before it smudged. I will be going back, but for a massage, not to get my nails done.

From the moment you walk through the front door this spa is pure relaxation. The staff and facility is absolutely perfect. Couldn't ask for a better place for a well deserved day of pampering!

From the lobby, to the relaxation room, to the mani/pedi room, my friends and I were treated well. We all had a great time relaxing, getting our pedicures (you must get The Works) and one of us got a manicure. We walked out refreshed, relaxed and ready to take on the rest of our day. The nail techs were great. They made us feel comfortable and my feet have never felt so good. I will definitely go back!

The first time I went to J'Spaa was for a wax. I had such a great experience with that particular esthetician that I specifically requested her the next few times I went. I also did a little birthday spa weekend and I had a massage, facial and pedicure. My experience was pampering and relaxing and the relaxation room was quite peaceful. I love that they use OPI nail products and that they didn't try to push their products on me. My favorite esthetician has since left and I still go to her for waxing, but I definitely return to J'Spaa for other services and I thoroughly enjoy it!

I went to this spa twice, I moved to town and was told that this was a great place to go. I was very disappointed. The first time that I went was for a wax. First I arrived 5 minutes early to get paper work done (no big deal there). But then I was taken back to the relaxation room and waited for 30 minutes (so 30 minutes late from the time of my appointment). When my appointment finally started the they used a roll on way (no big deal but I had requested strips instead). As the appointment was ending the lady then told me that she was opening up her own spa and that I should go to her instead (a little awkward). My second visit (I went again figuring it was the lady’s fault for taking so much time) I was right I was taken for a facial right away. The facial was fine, standard, but then when I came out to pay the lady had a “basket” of things for me. She said that my face was one of the worse she had seen and that in order to correct the problems I would have to buy this. I wondered how truthful that was, seeing as I have a facial every month and was told by my old spa that I was doing great. I thanked her and paid just for my facial, the dirty look she gave me must have been free. I can’t say anything else about their services, except a friend went and she told me that the person who gave her a massage had callous on their hands, a little odd but nothing too bad. I’m pretty sure that this is a nice spa and if you go you’ll enjoy it, but it may just be a hit and miss.

i have had numerous services at JjSpa the location is so convienent I can sneak out of work and enjoy a lunch getaway. The staff is professional and friendly. Prices reasonable.
