My visit was a special birthday gift for my 60th and I had several treatments, which meant I was there for several hours and I loved every minute of it. The staff are great, Paula was wonderful, the atmosphere, the ambience, the calmness that I felt. All the treatments were wonderful and worth every penny, I felt totally destressed, relaxed, there are not enough adjectives to describe what a fabulous experience and everyone should go and be pampered. I especially enjoyed my little lunch break and the food I was given it was lovely! Everyone should experience something like this at least once in their lifetime but I intend to have many more pampering days here because I am worth it!!

I visited Serenity recently with a girlfriend to use vouchers i was bought for Christmas. i had a dermalogica wrap - it was lovely. Great staff, very friendly greeting and even got a complimentry file and polish. I have booked to go back for a spray tan. Highly recommended, reaosnable prices but most of all good quality and great staff. The thearpist i had was Jen - she was very good and looked after me well.

I visited Serenity recently for a Dermalogica mud wrap, luxury target facial, and bikini wax. The experience was excellent - my beauty therapist, Ashley, was friendly and very professional; the environment is clean, warm and beautifully finished; and I felt like I had been well and truly pampered. Easy to find, and free car parking too! Definitely recommended.

I went to Serenity Spa today for a full body massage and luxury facial, it was FANTASTIC!!!!! The best one i have ever had!! Ashley was my beauty therapist and made me feel relaxed and pampered, she needs her hands insuring!!!! Am definately looking forward to my next visit very soon!!

Having been given some vouchers for Christmas , thought I had best use them ,,,, found Serenity by accident on Spa Finder - and what a Find !!! From my initial phone call to book to walking out the door home , what a fantastic service ...... I was recommended treatments and they fit the bill perfectly - the Full Body Experience was fab, sorted out my stresses and strains and made me feel very relaxed and chilled ! The pedicure finished off the treatments and the new minx nails can thorougly recommend Serenity will be on my 'to do ' list on a regular basis and will recommend to all friends and family ,,,,,, The only problem is what treatment to choose next Thank you .......... !!! Having visted Serenity for over a year it is the best! After having tried a number of places in the best it is the only place I can truly relax!!! In addition they have fixed my dodgy shoulder twice and can always seem to fit me in!!!! I cant wait to try the mum to be package and love the fact that they remember every individual and take time to get to know you!!! ive been here today 20th march 2010 for my birthday with my friend + I can honestly say its the best birthday ive ever had + well worth the money. The staff were extremely professional + friendly which made us feel 100 % relaxed + pampered. We would definetly recommend this to family + friends + will be making this a regular treat. Having been bought some vouchers for Christmas, I visited the spa for the first time. It was wonderful, the best spa experience i have had! They have thought of everything to ensure your visit is perfect. I came out feeling totally spoilt. I cannot wait for my next visit!!

I was delighted to discover this hidden gem on the spafinder site. I recently had the luxury facial and scalp and back massage. The staff were warm and friendly and I will be sure to book abother treatment soon.
