I have been getting my eyelashes done for the last year and just recently moved to Orlando from Seattle. I found Jon Ric online and bought a package for some fills. The lady who did it (they only have one that does) was very rough around the edges. She did a horrible job, they lasted barely a week and I left the salon with some glued to my bottom lash. I was so horrified with the work I let them all fall out and am currently going to a salon that does a better job. At one point during my fill she pulled one of my own lashes out and didnt apologize, instead scolded me for moving. Her people skills are lacking and just general politeness. The men doing hair at the salon should consider doing eyelashes. I found them to be the most friendly people there and I did'nt speak to them once. The salon has that going for them at least.

This SALON offered a groupon in the premise of being a day spa. It is in NO WAY a spa. The massage and nail services were mediocre at best and the owner offered terrible customer service as well as didn't honor what the groupon described. The ONE pedicure chair was broken and dirty and the nail techs were sharing tools between two customers. That's just unsanitary. The only reason I gave two stars instead of one was a lovely girl who gave a nice facial. She deserves to be working in a better and more ethical place.

I recently visited the Jon Ric Salon while on vacation to Orlando last week. I wanted to treat myself to hair extensions and after doing some research I went in for a consultation. I met with Melinda and Felix and they really made me feel comfortable with my choice of hair, color and length and informed me that they could do the procedure same day. Their attention to detail was impressive but the part that really blew me away was the fact that they were willing to stay past their normal closing time to complete my installation; this way I wouldn't have to come back and use up any more of my precious vacation time. My regular salon back home would never stayed past closing; not even for a little bit; but Felix and Melinda stayed with me for over 4 hours past their closing to put the extensions in. That was really awesome! And I never felt rushed either. Felix really took his time and made sure that everything was cut and blended perfectly. When I got back to my hotel my friends almost didn't recognize me and were totally raving about my new look. Thanks Felix and Melinda for making this vacation to Orlando a memorable one. I absolutely LOVE my hair and I'll definitely be coming back again the next time I visit the sunshine state!

Went to Jon Ric Salon for a japanese straightener and was put with James. What a miracle worker he is, my hair was just horrible ugly curls everywhere. James gave me a bio Ionic japanese straightener and OMG my hair is now just wonderful. James let me know step by step what was going on through the whole process I felt so comfortable and confident with James his educational skills are top notch. I just shampooed my hair for the first time and my hair is incredible. I did not even have to blowdry it and it is perfectly straight and not a frizz anywhere. I can't wait to go back and see James for my hilites and lowlites with the way my hair turned out the first time the second can only be better.
