Located just outside the Historic Area, The Spa of Colonial Williamsburg: A Continuum of Wellness offers a variety of spa treatments inspired by five centuries of wellness practices. Opened in April 2007, the spa is the latest addition to The Resort Collection of Colonial Williamsburg, a grouping of hotels, restaurants, conference facilities, recreational opportunities, and services offering guests a perfect headquarters to experience Virginia's rich colonial history.

The 20,000-square-foot facility features their signature Inspired Spa Experiences. They include the two-hour Colonial Herbal Spa Experience, a foot bath, full-body scrub, and a soothing body wrap incorporating orange and ginger, ingredients once favored by apothecaries. The 90-minute Williamsburg Water Cures Experience features state-of-the-art hydrotherapy techniques, a brush exfoliation, and a nourishing Aqua Latte bath.
The menu of massages is divided into classic, including Swedish, sports, and pregnancy massages, and premier, which features specialized reflexology and hot stone massages. A massage sampler combines classic and premier massages so you can discover your favorite. In addition to premium amenities such as slippers, robes, and bath products, the spa offers steam rooms, signature showers, and whirlpools. Guests may also enjoy specialized add-on treatments like the Virginia Springs Ritual (a self-scrub and conditioning mud worn in the steam shower).
A fully equipped fitness center features cardiovascular equipment, free weights, and group classes as well as an indoor pool.
