had mani and pedi....felt ripped off...way too expensive ...asked for opi manicure...the polish woman did not to apply it, she did not know to use the products...blamed me for choosing the colours....I asked for before what she recommends...she had no clue how the opi products work....plus she had an attitude against anything american...I was shocked to hear that, as she is living and working in this great country...I was puzzled of her hate towards this country...never go back for mani or pedi... I have my hair done by Ilona, she does a great job... the facials are done by Beata...she is very professional and has wonderful manners... too bad other people, like this mani+pedi woman bring clouds the place...

I had my first facial and it was a very enjoyable experience. The only thing I would have had them do differently is explain the process as they go along. Your eyes are closed most of the time. If you have breathing issues the various smells and steam may be problematic for you. I recommend and am definitely going back. My face is shiny and radiant and looks brighter. Staff was very professional, took us right away (at our appointment time) and the location was easy to get to.

just had a spa day here courtesy of my husband for mother's day; it was wonderful! the staff was super attentive and I pampered like a queen. They have great products and jewelry at great prices! I can't wait to go back. I have a hair cut scheduled there in two weeks. Yay!

While they claim that whatever new color system they are using is the same as Framesi -- it isn't! And while when I called to explain that I had roots a different color -- and they said it would get fixed -- Joanna REFUSED! I drove there to have her ask me if I wanted her to put darker color on my hair and I kept telling her that I didn't know what she should do, I just wanted it fixed. And she claimed that I was wrong and there was no difference in my hair color! So, I have horizon stripes in my hair now -- the wrong color at the root line, the stripe where she went too far over already dyed hair and my usual color. Bottom line: she refused to fix the problem !

This was one of the worst experiences I had... My appointment was for 545, didn't get seen until 615. Went there for a manicure and pedicure. The receptionist raved about the chocolate pedicure so I accepted that and a gel manicure. The place is nothing like the website. The spa is in the back and small and there is only one pedicure tub. I wouldn't even call it a Spa, its a hair salon. The woman comes out, I told her what I wanted and she said, well I leave at 7(they close at 8) so.. no chocolate pedicure. I said I was going to leave and come back another time, but with no intentions of coming back. She finally said they could do a regular pedicure and gel manicure. Long story after that... she commented how horrible my nails were, made me pay before I was even finished and made comments on how I should of made my appointment earlier.... Yeah, that was the first one they had available. And $35 for a regular pedicure - RIP OFF.. DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WOULD NOT GO BACK.

I have been to many spas around the world but I am so happy to have Salon Ilona and Beata in my home town. I have nothing but raves for Beata, her expertise, her demeanor which is professional and soothing. I wouldn't go to anyone else for waxing. I have had facials and body treatments and loved them all. Don't use the spa for hair or nail treatments so I can't comment on that. Always clean, atmosphere is OK, treatment rooms are very nice.

I finally found a great esthetician with knowledge and experience. BERNADETTE gave me a wonderful relaxing facial and explained how to take better care of my skin. I highly recommend her. The place itself is very cozy and everybody is nice.

I recently had a massage, pedicure and blow out here. I really enjoyed the ambiance of the spa and my pedicure was very relaxing. My blow out was great and she gave me great product knowledge. I scheduled another appt. I was def pleased and would reccommend to try this salon. Great location, great price, great staff.

I visit Salon Ilona regularly and like most women, I love looking my best. I feel Salon Ilona does just that for me. Their facials are great, extremly relaxing. Their waxing is fabulous, I feel completely at ease and they always use the best products. Their staff is always welcoming and very friendly. In my opinion, my hairdresser is the best, truly one of a kind. She makes me feel gorgous. She is always friendly and gives me her honest opinions on what's best for me. I recieve tons of compliments on my hair and my answer is always the same, "Salon Ilona in Clifton, ask for REBECCA"... they always leave there completely satified and graitful. I highly recommed this Salon.

Barbara who did my Brazilian bikini waxing was very gentle and did a good job. The problem is with the salon. The place is not clean and does not feel like a spa at all. Would not recommend going there.

WAKE UP Ilona - Poor Service to New Clients

I received spafinder certificates for my birthday and when checking the wedsite found Salon Ilona & Spa. Even though it wasn't my "usual" spa the packages and types of services sounded great. I made a appointment for a "package". The facial was good, but the other parts of the package was aweful. After the facial, I proceeded to get a hair treatment & blow dry by REBECCA. It was most uncomfortable and unpleasant. She didn't speak, she didn't answer questions (at the time I wanted additional services), she didn't ask how I wanted my hair and after she started she was burning me with the hair dryer and pulling out my hair. She saw I was getting very upset, offered me a moment and began again. It got worse and the OWNER was right there and ignored me, EVERYONE ignored me. I got up, paid and left with wet hair (in December). Ilona needs to care about a new customer, because they could become a regular customer. I feel cheated and humilated.
