    Ocean Day Spa, aptly named, is located on the ocean in Jupiter, Florida. The spa has four treatment rooms and an East meets West décor with warm green colors and a mural of Mount Fuji in reception. Spa services incorporating Dermalogica and Jane Iredale products include deep tissue therapy, shiatsu, hot stone massage, European facials, permanent makeup and microdermabrasion. Signature treatments are the Oatmeal Facial, which helps sensitive and dehydrated skin and the Four-Hand Massage, performed by two therapists. Complimentary services include a free color match of Jane Iredale mineral make-up line and a free skin analysis.

I have been calling to make my appointment for my 1 hour Swedish Massage from Groupon and cannot get anyone to pick up the telephone there. I email but have not heard from them.

I purchased a Groupon for this business in Nov 2011 and spent the entire length of time between my purchase and the expiration date trying to get in touch with some one at this business. I talked to a woman on one occasion who was extremely rude and unprofessional and of course unable to schedule an appointment. After several weeks of calls with no answer, I finally was able to schedule an appointment last Friday. When I arrived, no one was there. I waited half an hour and called a few times to no avail. Luckily Groupon understands customer service and I was able to get a refund for the purchase. There are hundreds of spas in South Florida to choose from. Don't waste your time an energy with this one.

I received a groupon gift certificate for a facial/massage and I have been trying to schedule an appointment for over three weeks. I received one call back telling me that they had a day open, but when I called to try to find out a time, I never received a call back. Recently when I call to inquire, I am told the "mail box is full." I would like to visit this business the first time.

I used mySpa Finder gift certificates that I had received for my birthday at this spa. They were offering a special for Spa Finder customers. This is a small, storefront spa with no facilities other than treatment rooms. However, the atmosphere was pleasant and the staff extremely friendly. I ended up being there for almost 3 hours, and had a full facial, massage and reflexology treatment for just $145.00. All of the therapists gave excellent services. There were nice little touches like hot towels galore, and lots of massaging of my arms and legs during my facial. I was completely relaxed by the time I left. In fact, I didn't even feel comfortable driving all the way home, so I stopped at the nearby beach and watched the waves for a while. It was a wonderful birthday present to myself.

"Ocean Day Spa" was recommended to me by some friends that live in Jupiter. It is located in a quite office park on A1A. I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the spa by the beautiful decor and soothing environment. I was greeted warmly and immediately felt at ease. It was like being with old friends. I had made an appointment for a hot stone massage and Pumpkin facial. My therapist was Amy Law the owner of the Spa. She began with the facial which was wonderful. Ocean Day Spa features Dermalogica products and Jane Iredale makeup which is my favorite! The hot stone massage was incredible. It was the perfect blend of soothing warmth and deep relaxation. Overall I rate the experience 5 Stars, and highly recommend you visit the Ocean Day Spa.
