I live in Washington and was in Concord visiting my family. I usually get sugared where I live but I hadn't had time and after much looking I saw that they offer sugaring at Bliss. I booked my appointment and I was pleased with my service! The esthetician was thorough and made me feel so at ease. If I lived closer I would be going to her for all my future appointments! thank you Felecia!

The woman barely cleaned my nails, she barely understood English as when I told her I liked my nails squares she seemed confused. I asked her name and they would not give it to me. Terrible and would never go again.
