    The spa is attentive to guests' personal preferences by letting them create their own ambiance in the four Tuscan-themed treatment rooms. Guests select the room's temperature, music, and scents. Treatments incorporate Aveda products and include massage, facials, wraps, waxing, manicures, pedicures, hair services, eye treatments, ear candling, cellulite treatments, and body detox. One of the spa's signature treatments is the Caribbean Therapy Body Wrap with a full-body exfoliation, a seaweed mask, a body wrap, and a shower. Complimentary beverages and a sauna are available as well as a spa lunch for an additional fee. The spa also has bridal packages and hosts parties.

Enjoyed the times I have had massages and pedicures at the Brier Creek location. I also had my hair hightlighted there once and it turned out great. All the staff was nice and professional. I plan on scheduling a full day soon!!!

I have never dealt with such unprofessional, chaotic and unorganized people in my life! I had the worse experience and would not recommend this place to anybody! I came here to feel relaxed and be pampered and it’s not what I got. In addition, their employees keep changing all the time. They can't seem to keep good help for long! Stay away!

This is obviously a disgruntled employee. The focus on the employee turnover is the big red flag. We have implemented better screening practices for our future hires. Good lessoned learned.
