I usually have my regular salon that I go to but couldn't afford it after coming home from University so I randomly chose this place... this was in May, and still to this day, I regret ever stepping foot in that place. To make a long story short I used to have hair past my boobs, and when I asked for a cut of 2 INCHES MAX. (my hair was dead and I knew it needed a good cut) the lady proceeded to chop almost 7 inches of hair clean off. I spent the next 3 hours of my appointment crying my eyes out which she thought was totally rude and accused me of making a scene, she gave me attitude and told me that I was not aware of the latest trends. Not to mention, she never introduced herself to me or even asked what I was looking for (I told the assistant about the 2 inches, but the lady that actually cut my hair just walked over played with my hair for a few seconds then CUT) ALSO, she tried to make me pay for the cut. YA RIGHT. The only time I would ever go back to this pace would be to shave the head of that dreadful women.

I went there the first time and after convincing the owner to bleach my hair I thought she was understanding and the colour was amazing.
I went back to do my roots and even though I stressed, repeatedly, I wanted to keep my blonde and have darker roots... she dyed my entire head two shades darker. This was not a misunderstanding, I was told all she was putting in was toner.
After it was rinsed and I realised the mistake I was extremely upset and rather than offering condolence and accept there was a mistake she accussed me of having an attitude, being too young (23) to realise my colour was flattering, and that I would get used to it. She eventually offered to fix it, after a week to see if I got used to it, so when I called to book another appointment she accused me yet again of having an attitude and causing a scene (in front of one other customer for my 3 hour visit!) and making her day terrible because I was crying and upset.
I've been dying my hair for 8 years and have tried many colours- I will put up with this shade but I am so upset that someone who says this is her passion could be so unprofessional and rude. I am so glad to say I never will be going back there.

i just was there on wknd, and to be honest I was not too sure if i should go to this spa or the other one i had in my mind! (location/ commute issue).... but I said let me try their hair coloring services in here too ! Let me just say that not only i was impressed myself, but i was getting compliments right, left and centre!.. Shab really did a great job, and her suggestion of the choice of the color really worked!
