Located in wine country, 100 Fountain Spa focuses on wine-inspired vinotherapy treatments, there are even five wine-themed treatment rooms named after partner wineries. The 13,000 square foot spa is located in within Pillar and Post, a hotel in Niagara-on-the-Lake. There is a lounge overlooking the outdoor hot springs, locker rooms, a manicure/pedicure salon, and a hydrotherapy room for Vichy shower therapies. Other amenities include an indoor saltwater pool, an outdoor pool (open seasonally), a hot tub, a fitness center, a co-ed steam room, and co-ed sauna. Guests also have access to facilities at sister hotels, Queen's Landing and Prince of Wales. 100 Fountain Spa at the Pillar & Post is a wonderful spa. I have had a number of massages there for both relaxation and sports therapy, and their RMTs are professional and effective.
The microdermabrasion facial is decent, however at other spas I have found that they perform more pre and post procedure facial massage and application of moisturizers etc.
The outdoor hot pool is a nice way to continue your relaxation - it can just be a bit crowded sometimes!
If you have a treatment, then you are given access to the sauna, swimming pool, outdoor hot pool and exercise room for the entire day.
Overall, their prices are about 20% higher than other spas, but they do have a lot of staff, and the environment is luxurious.

A friend and I went to this spa for a getaway and it was fabulous. I had a body treatment which was very soothing in a special destination room. The indoor pool is really gorgeous, love the atmosphere and the spring as well. The staff was very personable and the service great. My friend and I stayed at the hotel and it's a great getaway location in wine country and in Niagara on the lake for dining and shopping. The spa has an excellent atmosphere in a great location. I recommend it for couples, friends and mother/daughter.
