I have been coming to Down on the Blvd for over 3 years! Julie, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable about color services and the cut that is best for your hair type, face shape, and the lovely humidity here in Tampa. Their massage therapist KT is awesome. She is very attentive and listens to what your muscles say. Great friendly staff and they make you feel right at home!!!!
