What a great experience my 8 year old daughter and I had on 1/7/12. I received a hair cut and my daughter elected for the spa pedicure. Our experience from beginning to end was fabulous! And what a nice business philology this company has...impessive! All the staff was friendly and they went out of their way to welcome us. We will go back very soon.

This is a great place to go for facials, eye brow waxings and manicures. The services are all high quality. It's not an "over the top" spa and is fortunately not priced that way either. It's just right!

I made a mistake and got a haircut at a cheap place-not VC. Sarah was my rescue-and totally redid it and gave me a great look, she informed me of all the ways I could help in the growth of my hair etc-she is very informative, and used her scissors with precision. This is an amazing spa as well-all tucked away, many people don't realize the elegance and relaxing beauty of VC. Whenever my mom comes into town-we head over for some relaxing girl time and always enjoy every moment of it-with the robes that just make you feel special-to the the excellent customer service on top of wonderful service. We always love Chrystal doing our feet-she makes us feel wonderful, our feet glow and look amazing when we are done! VC is very different from most salon and spas, they do things differently-with I guess full goals for all employees, so you won't hear people gossiping about others-trying to get you to come to them next time and other uncomfortable things you find at other salons and spas. Here they work as a team and it feels like it-from the person who greets you to the final polish-you really feel like a whole team is working together just for you-using your name as if you are VIP. I recommend them to anyone who wants quality service!

I've been going here for 5 years and I'm very pleased with the service. It is such a treat to get a facial from Fran. Ed does a great job cutting my hair. He knew what I meant when I said, "I don't want to look like a soccer mom."
I also love that they give hand massages while I get my hair cut. Yes please!

I cannot recommend this establishment. Sarah gave my daughter a bad haircut, tried to fix it and made it worse. She had hairs on her head less than 1 inch long. Watch out when she gets out the thinning shears! It will take months to recover from this Horrible!! hair cut.

I go to Sarah for my hair cuts and Aveda coloring since she took over the salon from her Father. I find her haircuts to be current and stylish . She never keeps me waiting and she keeps her skills up todate with various training seminars. She did the hair of my daughter in law's wedding party and they were lovely. The two massage therapists there Joy and Amanda have great technqiue and would recommend them both. Enjoy the free hand massage you get when sitting in the stylist chair by various employees who accomodate you in a pampering way with this special treat. They offer you a cup of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and there are various special events throughout the month, year that I enjoy. I was put off by the way the phone was answered every time with "This is Visual Changes. Who is calling please?" I wouldn't have minded, except that when I stated my name immediately, as demanded, the person had to ask my name again when I made the appt.
I found the staff very professional and the prices decent. Didn't like having way too much Aveda waiting in a basket for me at the end.
I got hair services [good], express pedicure [basically toe polish ONLY no callous relief & a waste of time for me], massage [not enough pressure even though I requested it several times], and facial [this was my 1st & last facial].
Basically, I will use them again, but probably for hair services only.

I had an appointment for a massage and found out they were offering specials for the month of September. So I added on a facial for $40! It was such a great relaxing morning and nice treat. I would definitely recommend visiting this spa if you are in the area. They offer lots of specials that you can find on facebook if you become a fan! The staff are so professional and friendly! What a great experience!!
