Services
Before a spa service, you can relax in the Desert Oasis (an open-air reflection atrium) or enjoy the Havasupai Waterfall's rhythmic cascade over the red-hued stones of Sedona. You will then be directed to your treatment room, which may have a private patio that allows you to experience the clear desert sky; or you and a partner may enjoy the Willow Stream Suite, which is designed for two. Some of the services offered are on other Willow Stream menus: golf-focused therapies, Kur experience, and a variety of facials, massage, and body scrubs and wraps. Others, such as the Arizona Aloe Body Wrap, are unique to the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess. The Willow Stream Fitness Center offers state-of-the-art equipment and its specialty fitness programs include personal training and several daily classes.
After your spa experience, you may visit the rooftop adults-only swimming pool, with its private cabanas. Or you may head for the relaxation areas, where the multiple therapeutic amenities range from the whirlpool to the eucalyptus steam room.

I was lucky enough to visit the Willow Stream Spa at the Fairmont Scottsdale and what a treat it was! It is such a beautiful spa with all the staff being so nice and helpful. The spa itself is beautiful. The rooftop pool is amazing. I enjoyed a massage from Lyndy and I can honestly say that it was the best massage I have ever had. The massage rooms are so nice and relaxing and open up to the courtyard where you hear the beautiful water fall. It was truly heaven. I have been to many spas all over the country and Willow Stream goes over and beyond. Without any hesitation, I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a truly fabulous spa experience!

I was able to visit Willow Stream for two days of pampering. I had never been to this particular spa before so didn't know what to expect. Every moment was pleasant from scheduling my services with someone who was well educated and able to answer all my questions, to the locker room attendants being available for any questions/needs, to the providers who were amazing! The staff were well trained and made themselves available for anything I needed. On my second day, I was surprised to be remembered by those I had met the previous day. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of my visit and would highly recommend this spa to anyone who needs some relaxation.

My sister and I have visited this spa every fall since 2006 and we look forward to the visit all year! We get pedicures, facials, and salt scrubs. This spa is the most relaxing place to getaway to and we absolutely love it!!!

I have visited this spa every spring for the past 6 years. I have had both a Swedish massage and facial, and both were wonderfully relaxing. The products used during the facial revitalized my skin to glowing perfection. The individual spa rooms were dimly lite with quiet relaxing music. the staff were soft spoken and knowledgeable of their products and procedures. The spa only pools, waterfalls, hot tubs, and saunas were sparkling.

I was lucky enough to spend a whole day here during Spring Break. The place is gorgeous. Loved the waterfall hot tub. Massage was fabulous. Yoga class was good. Loved the little cookies and tea setup.
Spa lunch was okay, not great. Lunch was served outside in the garden area. Food sat for a while before server connected me with my order, so was lukewarm.
WS Signature Pedicure was disappointing - didn't like the feeling of a latex-gloved leg massage; pedicure was sloppy; definitely not worth the price. The waterfall shower was tempting, but way too hot.
I'm glad I got to spend the day here. But, would I come back? I'm thinking not. For what I paid, I expect to be able to rate everything five stars.

Loved absolutely EVERYTHING about this spa. From the front desk check in to check out, we received nothing but exceptional service. My massage was probably the best that I've ever had and I am pretty picky. Brought a new boyfriend along and he said his was fantastic also. We enjoyed the co-ed waterfall area and the rooftop pool. Hightly recommend this spa and cannot wait to make another visit to Scottsdale just to visit this spa again.

Stayed at the Fairmont for a long girls' weekend (4 night stay). We loved the Willow Stream Spa facility so much that we spent 2 whole days there enjoying everything it has to offer -- the rooftop pool, sauna, steam room, waterfalls, hot/cold plunges and my favorite the eucalyptus inhalation room. Our treatments were just as amazing as the surroundings. On our first visit we did the Havasupai Body Oasis and then on the second visit a stress relief massage & rejuvenating facial. All treatments were top of the line and the staff was excellent. Even meals are an exercise in relaxation...the atrium where they serve lunch is soothing and peaceful. While the prices are on the expensive side, the services are well worth it. Would recommend joining the Fairmont Presidential Club in advance of a trip because you'll receive 10% off spa treatments. And if you want to save even more, you can buy spafinder gift certificates at spafinder.com (sometimes couponcabin.com has 15% off discount codes) or at Costco (20% off). Also, keep checking their web site for monthly specials...our massage and facial package was only $209. If you go, you have to try the prickly pear lemonade...yum!

If you are staying at or near the Fairmont in Scottsdale, you must make a trip to this spa. The ammenities are first rate from the jacuzzi, cold, plunge and quiet areas to the rooftop pool. The services are first rate and the food is delicious. We did a girls trip to the Fairmont and celebrated my birthday with a trip to the spa and everything was wonderful...we did not want to leave. Prices are on the higher end but it was we expected for a 5 star resort in Scottsdale.
