Kenza, meaning treasure in Arabic, is a Delta, British Columbia, spa that says, "We care about you, because you deserve the best." Professional staff members customize treatments for guests and provide services including massage, a variety of facials, permanent makeup, body treatments including wraps, firming treatments, and the Micro-Buff Sea Salt Glow, sunless tanning, manicures, pedicures, waxing services, eyelash tinting, brow shaping and tinting, eyelash extensions, ear piercing, and makeup services. Guests may relax in a hydrotherapy tub and choose from lavender, eucalyptus citrus, orange, linden blossom, chamomile, marigold, Melissa valerian, rosemint, and thyme European-style baths. Pre-and postnatal services for expectant mothers are available as well as services for children and teens. The spa offers packages and will design them for special occasions.

I have been a client at this spa since it opened and have found it to be a wonderful experience every time. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the atmosphere is quiet and peaceful and each esthician is very good. I always come out feeling rested and refreshed and I highly recommend it. My daughter and I are continually giving each other gift certificates to enjoy here.

I would love to share my experience with you, I had a Spa Finder gift card from work as a birthday gift, went on line and decided to try this spa , I heard they were voted the best spa many times. I was impressed, really the receptionist and the staff were very friendly and did excellent job. The massage was amazing, ask for Gaby, she is the best massage therapist, I asked her to give me her card and I've been telling my friends about her. Then my pedicure was done by another nice girl. I was offered tea, and everything, the music, the candles and the ambiance, I didn't think its that nice, when you look at it from outside you don't think its as big and nice from inside, I highly recommend it, and I told everybody, now you know what gift I love to have all the time, well mother's day is coming, and the wish list is ready; a massage and a facial this time!

This is my relaxing place, every time i want to relax and feel younger and beautiful, i go to Kenza Day Spa. They treat me like a VIP and i leave there feeling so fresh. Starting from the front desk, to the staff, to the owner, everybody there is so nice. I love this place and highly recommend it.

This is a review of my experience here today and my past visits as well. There should be no stars at all for the ratings above. I am so upset with the manicure that I got with this spa today. The manicure was very sloppy and the polish application is not even. She pushed the cuticles back which is good but the polish didn't even reach the cuticles. It looks very bad. Overall, it was a very bad job. They didn't even have one of those dryer things to make your manicure dry faster. And this is all for $50.00. Very expensive for a very bad job. I will never go back to this spa again. I never wanted to go to this spa in the first place. All I ever experience with this spa is just bad things. Yes, I have been here before. The only reason I came back here today is because I am really crunched for time and this is very close to my place. I won't be able to come back and complain because I am leaving the country tomorrow. But if I am staying here, I will still not go to this spa anymore. I don't recommend this spa to anyone at all. With regards to the atmosphere, it's not true that it is relaxing. This area is small, so you can hear all the chatter from the reception area even if you are in the rooms. I know because I have had massages done here before, like I said it's very close to my place. With regards to focusing on client needs, well,I bought a 130.00 - 150.00 gift certificate long time ago as a gift for my mom on Mother's Day. This was when they were still new. My mom forgot to use it and the certificate expired and they would not accept it anymore. They got the cash and we don't get the service. It's not like she was trying to use a gift cert from 10 years ago. At that time, the gift cert just expired. We don't care about the gift cert anymore, I just added it here because this is a review of my past experiences with this spa. Each time makes me regret that I went back. I don't recommend this spa at all. May I just add, I am not a novice when it comes to spas, I have been to many different spas all over the Lower Mainland and abroad.

Thank you our great clients for all your wonderful feedbacks. We have been years in this location and won so many awards. We are very sorry to hear that someone who left the spa very happy and thanked her esthetician for the good job she did, is writing this review about our spa. We do understand that you were leaving the country for good next morning and you were disappointed to know that the nail polish takes a full hour to dry and it was $50, but we don't believe this means the quality of our services is bad especially that we don't have a polish dryer. We have always offered complimentary polish touch up in case of any smudge next day. About the polish not reaching the cuticles, this is how professional polish is, it should never reach your cuticles, otherwise it looks very unprofessional. Concerning the expired gift certificates, we never refused expired gift certificate, we always take them, I'm sure you went to another spa and probably got mixed up. At the end Brenda, there is really nothing that we can do about your experience, I called you next morning on your cell phone trying to find out what we can do for you after reading this review, but you were in the airport.
Kenza Day Spa have always offered the best quality services and won the best day spa in Surrey and North Delta 3 times in 3 different years. We are always there to help our clients, and we appreciate any feed back.
