Corrective, pain relief massage, utilizing trigger point therapy, neuromuscular re-education and myofascial release techniques.

Half hour massage focusing on specific area(s).  Not a full body massage.

First, feet soak in tub of warm salt water for approximately 5-7 minutes; while client enjoys the warmth of a microwaveable heatpack across neck/shoulder area.  Feet are scrubbed with an exfoliant; rinsed off in the tub, dried with a towel; then massaged for the duration of the session with a rich moisturizing lotion or shea butter cream.

Feet are placed in warm salt water for approximately 5-7minutes; then scrubbed with an exfoliant; dried.  Client lays on massage bed or reflexology chair and receives reflexology on both feet for the duration o the session.  Moisturizing lotion may be used on the feet at some point during or at the end of the session.
