I would not recommend this spa to anyone. I went there for a massage. I waited 20 minutes past my appointment time. When I inquired how much longer it would be, the 4 staff personnel couldn't be bothered. I sat there for 40 minutes and the same 4 staff personnel were doing nothing.
The massage room was by the front desk and I could hear the staff talking and laughing. I did not pay to hear about their boyfriends, hair or how they talked about other staff members who were working while they were not.
The massage service was adequate but I could tell she was just as uncomfortable with what has happening out front. When I ask for water at the front desk after the massage, I was informed by the rude girl filing her nails they don't provide refreshments..

I made an appointment for a 1 hour deep tissue massage and asked specifically for someone who was very good at deep tissue. She was 15 minutes late, ended 40 minutes later, and would only use 1 thumb from 1 hand at a time, so that she would alternate thumbs. She had awful technique. I kept wanting to tell her to go back to here massage school and ask for her money back because they clearly did not teach her how to give a good massage. I kept asking for more pressure, which she tried to do but she had exhausted her hands do much that they were shaking by the end.
There was a screaming child in the lobby for the first 15 minutes of my awful massage.
I tried to complain at the end of my massage, and the lady at the front desk just blew me off.
They also did not ask me if I had any medical problems, I don't, but thought that was something that every massage therapist is supposed to ask their clients.
I will never go back. It was an awful experience.

I had taken my mother and daughter with me for a spa day. The staff was very friendly and accomadating. They set up an area for us to bring drinks and snacks. It was a very relaxing atmosphere and my mother made the comment of how clean it was also.

Both my boyfriend and I visited this spa and had awful experiences. On my first visit, I had a facial schedule. The staff member was running late-45 minutes late. I was the brought back for my facial which lasted only 40 minutes so that she could leave for the evening. I was never offered anything to drink or any compensation for waiting for that long and then receiving less than I paid for,
My next visit was for a manicure. On time this visit, however it was the worst manicure that I had. The color chipped before I left and I would have asked to have it touched up, however the staff member left me to dry and never returned. I waited for 15 minutes for her return and there wasn't anyone at the desk to assist me in finding her.
My boyfriend visited for a massage and the service for that treatment ended 10 minutes earliere than what we paid for.
I attempted to call a manager on each poor visit SIX times and was always told that she wasn't in and to call back as she doesn't read her messages. Maybe this is the reason that this salon is beyond terrible, unprofessional, running late, and is the opposite of customer oriented.
If you want a terrible spa visit where they short change you, this is the spa for you. i will NEVER go back
