I truthely didn't know what to expect when i had booked this hammam spa treatment through the phone for my girlfriend and I, but i must say it was such an enjoyable experience. casa spa was what i could honestly say was somewhere that I had felt at home with the great personal service that was given rather than the average customer service that is given at other spas and resorts. The staff were attentive and willing to tailor any requirments you had in your spa treatments with no hassles. Getting to meet the manager Helen was the main lifter of the experience as you instantly felt that she was someone that cared about you-the customer and what you wanted, she brought an instant spark of energy and happiness to the atmoshpere. I would definetely recommend casa spa for its great personal service and homely feel. Definetely an experience to be had.

I came to Casa Spa 2 weeks ago on a girls night out: it was a birthday treat for my sister and my mum and aunt came along too. We were immediately made to feel welcome, given mint tea and Helen even offered to dry my sisters cycling gear (it was torrential rain outside - perfect weather to retreat to the steam room and warm up!) We were led down the candle-lit stairs into the Hammam area where we immediately started to relax. We sat steaming away in preparation for the best bit... the black soap. Coupled with the intense exfoliating, you knew that you were soon to emerge with the promised baby skin and that's exaclty what we got. We were then treated to chocolate and fresh fruit and were left to relax for as long as we liked, not hurried along for the next customers. It was the perfect way to spend a blustery October evening, so good in fact that I will be returning with my boyfriend next week! Thank you to Helen and the staff at Casa Spa

Wow what a change from the normal spas! For shy people this may not be for you but for those who don't mind stripping down to their bikinis and having thick black soap rubbed into you then being vigorously scrubbed until your skin is like a babies again then you will love this! We were very surprised after seeing the front of the spa as it looked a bit run down but once inside, you enter a little haven. Candles and aromas get you in the mood and the whole experience was a laugh as well as relaxing. The steam was so refreshing and we couldn't see each other it was so dense at one point. We had a great time and felt fantastic afterwards. Thank you to all the staff for a memorable day!

This was a day I was really looking forward to and from the second I entered the "Spa" I felt uneasy. On arrival, we were told to sit in a massage chair in a cluttered, untidy shop front. Downstairs was a tad more what I had expected from the photos on the website - a steam room and sofa area with cushions, but again the place was full of clutter and strange ornaments. There was no light in the bathroom, or toilet paper, and nowhere secure to leave belongings. The girl who did the massage was great. The facial on the other hand was terrible, and constantly interrupted by the woman giving the facial taking phone calls during my treatment! On the whole, the experience was a bit strange and uncomfortable. The decor is tired and the place is a mess. The treatments were overpriced given the experience and the tatty surroundings. Please be warned that this is not a luxury spa, far from it.

Went to Seymour Place site with my friends and thoroughly enjoyed our time and day there. The hammam experience was fab! The staff(Elena and Miriam) were wonderful and the service so personalised. We would recommend the hammam to all. I am still so relaxed and chilled.... The body scrub and mud bath were so invigorating to the skin. oh.... you glow... Try it.......
