I had a mani/pedi at Red Door Spa. My nails looked great. The staff was very catering and the facility is beautiful. The service left me wanting to return but the price has me limiting my visits.

The experience was wonderful from the moment I walked in until the moment I left. It was a gift from my wonderful son and now I will have to give myself a regular trip to the red Door at least once a month. Excellent staff and David's massage was incredible. I will ask for him again! Peaceful atmosphere and expertise. I had 3 services and was pleased with all 3. I will definitely return!

I took my mother with me to get a pedicure and manicure together. The ladies were very nice. The one that had my mom as a client did make her feel a bit uncomfortable when she pointed out her big toe needed to be checked out. She has dealt with it for many years and usually turns down pedicures due to her being embarrassed about the look of her toe. I cringed when she said something since I know my mom is already self conscious about it. If there was a way to not be so loud and announcing about it and more private it would have been a better situation. Other than that, they did a great job.

At the age of 42 I had my first pedicure and I loved it. Sabine was patient, explained everything along the way. I told her my feet are one of the tickles parts of my body and she told me she would not tickle me one time to just relax. I relaxed and she didn't tickle me. I will have a pedicure to my normal maintenance of me from now on. My only challenge now is to find a nail salon that will compare to the great service I received at Elizabeth Arden Spa

I was there several months ago. Im a resturant manager and my feet are rough. This was the best pedicure I have ever had, well worth it. The staff was friendly and great. The tea they served was wonderful. I will be returning VERY soon.

This was my third massage with Jackie. WIth this spa being expensive as it is, I can only visit about 2 times a year. Jackie remembers me every time and is the best at her job. She took time to discuss anything medical that I had going on, and picked out great aromatherepy that helped open up my nose and lungs. I splurged on myself and did the 80 minute Swedish Massage. It was completely worth it. The spa always gives you discounts to come back in the near future, so maybe for the holidays I can convince someone to get me another visit.
My husband asked me if I would rather have my massage at Red Door or at the hotel we are visiting in a few weeks. I picked Red Door because of Jackie and her amazing ability to make my troublesome lower back feel better. I am hopeful to do the 80 minute hot stone massage next, which I am sure will be amazing as well.

THIS SPA OFFERED ME A RELAXING AND SUPERIOR EXPERIENCE! EACH DEPARTMENT TREATED ME LIKE "QUEEN FOR THE DAY!" EVERY TECHNICIAN MADE ME BELIEVE I WAS THE ONLY GUEST IN THE SPA! I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS SPA TO ALL THAT ARE IN RICHMOND---DON'T MISS IT---YOU WILL SURELY REGRET IT IF YOU DO! RED DOOR SPA IN RICHMOND---NOT TO BE MISSED!

I have been to the Red Door Spa three times. Every time has been a great experience. The staff is very nice and knowledgable, the facility is very clean and the services are great. Jackie has done my massages and she is wonderful! Penny has done the one manicure I have had and she was very friendly and knowledgeable about her field.
I would recommend this to anyone looking to relax and "get away from it all"

Good experience at this spa. I went on two separate trips to use my gift for this spa, pedicure was wonderful and relaxing and then went back for massage. Massage was great and wish I would have selected a longer time. Recommend this spa to fellow Richmonders or if you're in the area. :)

I recently went to this spa, and I LOVED IT. I started my day at 8:00 am and I enjoyed a relaxing massage, pedicure, facial, and shampoo, blow dry and style. The staff is very polite and accomindating. Best spa experience I have had in a while, I will definitely be back.

I have a lot of medical issues and the other Spas I have tried in the Richmond area have left me in incredible pain after their massages. Red Door is expensive but I would rather have a massage every few months that really helps to heal my pain and relieve my stress than be limping! I have also treated myself to two facials there and felt like a pampered princess. the warm cream manicure is a fairly affordable treat. I did not care for the hairstylist I used on one occasion, but the facility not only arranged for my hair to be redone, but took the charge off my bill!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them, and suggest that a gift card to their facility is an awesome present.

they are very friendly. I was able to get in quickly. The only issue I have is that my hair looked great for @ a week, then the color washed out. I do have difficult hair to color so I would not place the blame on the hairsylist.

I have been to a few different spas in the Virginia area and all of them where much better facitlies than Red Door. There was florescent lighting through my facial, The rooms where tiny and I felt like a number, Not an honored customer.I would never recommend this to any of my friends.

I called a day ahead and reserved an appt. for a Deep tissue Msge. I was promptly serviced by the great Reception Desk Service and was elegantly guided to my the Spa area. It was impecably clean, and the perfect clean scent of a Professional Spa. I was greeted my my specialist, her is Laura, the service was more than my expectations for a 50 min. service. The room was perfect, light, music, msg table warm and cozy, and the products were the best European quality for my sensitive skin. Would highly recommend without any doubt.

The facial was relaxing and inproved my skin's appearance. Kori was my esthetician who told me all the products she used and was very friendly. I recommend this service for anyone who is looking for the best pampering experience.
