I have visited this spa at least 2 times for facials. Usually after a facial my face is red and blotchy but not after a facial from here. Their signature facial doesn't irritate my skin at all. I usually schedule facials knowing that I'll have to hide out at home the rest of the day but after my second facial from Red Door I went to brunch with the girls!

I brought my mom for a girls spa day. I had an incredible massage, facial, pedicure and make-up application. Mom enjoyed a facial, but her pedi left a lot to be desired because the lady cut my mom's toe. However, the spa personnel made it right by comping the pedi. We also enjoyed lunch catered at the spa, and found the entire experience quite pleasing. We will return, and soon.

Was in need of a french manicure for a photo shoot.
Thuy was wisely recommended and rightful so.
Her attention to detail and technique were very good.
She is personable and fun to visit with.
Will be a return client for sure.

Thuy is amazing. She is kind and personable. This was my first time at Red Door and I used a gift certificate. I got the Healing Pedicure for dried skin and the paraffin (sp) treatment is amazing! Couldn't afford a manicure, but Thuy suggested a polish change to match the pedicure. Polish change was too pricey, but I am happy nonetheless...Happy Birthday to me!

I was in town on business, so wasn't sure about the quality of massage I would get. However, Joy was a great massage therapist. Was one of the best deep tissue massages I've had.

This is a great salon and spa to go to with your girlfriends. It is in the heart of downtown San Francisco and is a high rise oasis in the midst of chaos. The massage was amazing (but I don't like hard pressure) and the staff payed attention to my requests and didn't talk during the treatment unless to ask if the pressure was okay. It was a perfect end to a shopping and lunch day with the girls and I would recommend the Red Door Salon and Spa. I have yet to try the salon services, but it seemed fabulous as well.
