    Soul Ease Holistic Yoga Spa & Art Gallery emphasizes the connection between the mind, body, and spirit and wants to "encourage transformation" and "empower" clients through education. The 2,000-square-foot spa's interiors are nature-inspired with ambient lighting, meditative music, and aromatherapy complementing the spa's Southeast Asia decor. There are six treatment rooms and an intimate yoga studio for classes of up to ten people. Services include massage, reiki, body treatments, acupuncture, skin therapy, foot treatments, waxing, ear candling, tinting, and eyelash extensions. The spa provides clients with robes, slippers, and organic styling products and all services include an infrared sauna session. Pilates classes are also offered and spa hosts parties, corporate events, a rotating art gallery, a monthly art walk, and seminars.

love it! Plenty of options but Zumba is fabulous the instructor Kim is so fun/enthusiastic, wish I could go more often! Everyone's friendly, beautiful spa! Look for deals they have each month, a little spendy otherwise.

My massage so sooo good... I forgot where I was! Soul Ease is a tiny place (not a big fancy spa) but it's a little hidden gem. The location is perfect for a girls get-away... just steps away from Kirkland's restaurants and the shores of Lake Washington. But when you step inside, you are transported to a zen hideaway. It reminded me of a spa I've been to in Thailand. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The advantage of a small place is... there's not very many customers. So we felt like they were completely catering to us. My massage was heavenly. I felt like jello afterwords and really regret not remembering her name. I will definitely be back.
