Hair services are available at the salon and professional makeup services including consultations, applications, and lessons are also available. My friends and I had a horrible experience at this spa. The only aspect of the services that we did enjoy were the massages and the ladies were good, as for the rest - it was pretty bad. The pedicures and manicures were done almost instantly with barely the time frame that was provided on their website. We were rushed throughout the whole day, everyone complaining on how busy they were. We weren't given the time to have our nails dry, so the manicures/pedicures were pretty much ruined once we left. The prices are incredibly overpriced. Except for the nail polishes not much else was done - which defeated the purpose of going to get a manicure/pedicure done in the first place. Once complained to the owner about the service, we received an absolute horrid response, and were forced to pay for the service regardless - even though it was not done to our satisfaction or even complete for that matter. Horrible customer service! We will never go back there and do NOT recommend it to anyone!

Rain spa is good... pretty run of the mill really. The decor of the spa is comfortable, and it is clean. The products are nice but rather pricey. I've had a pedicure there twice and it was nothing special... I like a good foot rub/scrub, and was a bit disappointed on that point at Rain. My massage and facial were also good... but again, nothing stands out. I wouldn't complain about the service, but not raving either.

Instead of a relaxing day at the spa, I experienced a rushed day at, what I thought was a spa. The products that were being used were not of high quality. The service was poor. And the staff complained about their busy schedules. Couldn't feel the massage, the facial left me with a burning sensation in my eyes that's lasted several days. Besides a nail polish application, there is nothing to show for the supposed mani and pedi. I will not return to this overpriced 'spa.'

I overall experience was good. The facility was outstanding ,the service was good . Everybody was busy advertising different products. The place is over rated for the service, products are over priced too.
