Amenities include a gym, an aerobics studio, locker rooms, and separate men's and women's sauna and steam rooms. Clients may participate in a variety of classes that encompass yoga, Pilates, a boot camp to help burn calories, core training, sculpting and toning, reggicizie (a cardio kickboxing class), and step and kick that combines cardio kickboxing and step intervals. My sister-in-law came here to use a gift certificate that she had received. We were both blown away by the beautiful surroundings. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. I overheard parts of a conversation one of the personal trainers was having with an new client and he was very professional.
We both had hot stone massages by Suzanne and she was wonderful. I have had many massages before and she was the nicest masseuse that I can recall.
Go see the gorgeous layout, and book a massage with Suzanne, you won't be disappointed. We'll be back!
