Before addressing the topic at hand, I want to be clear that I have no issues at all with my hair stylist. She is fantastic and is the only reason I ever set foot in Identity. That is the only reason I say 'yes, I would visit this business again.'
After another great haircut tonight, I went to pay to be greeted by a rude clerk that announces "Identity doesn't take Spa Finder for hair services". I have been going there for years and using Spa Finder for probably the least three or so. This was new news tonight and is probably new to Spa Finder as well since Identity is listed on this site under the 'Hair Salon' category. There are no exclusions listed. So my point ... BUYER BEWARE. There is at least one salon (Identity) on this site that does not honor its commitment with respect to the purchase of these certificates.
(One last note ... after my stylist argued with her told her to, the clerk accepted the certificates, but likely at a personal cost to her own earnings which she knew when she told the clerk to take them. Again, my stylist is fantastic. I just wish she would find a different salon to work at.)

I had tried out this spa at a reco from a friend. I came for a facial, pedicure, and pregnancy massage. The atmosphere was warm and relaxing as I waited for the massage therapist although the massage itself was not very relaxing. The facial did leave my skin feeling mosturized although the lady's hands very like ice blocks and even with a bun in the oven, i think my extremities about fell off during this time. Lastly, the pedicure, she was observant and noticed the goosebumps all up and down my skin and offered me towels to warm me up and had scalding hot water which also was not relaxing although they did do a good job on my toes. Although they can do the job, the experience left me wishing i had not come at all.

I have gotten 2 pedicures here, and loved it! the staff are outstanding and very personable - i had such a great time! My friend and i agreed we'd only go to Identity because of the people. The pedi's last about 3 weeks, too!

Relax, when you leave you eyebrows are perfect. I get compliments all the time on my eyebrows. It is very relaxing atmosphere, I close my eyes and no worries.
