I arrived at the spa 15 minutes early but was not taken to a room until 10 minutes into my hour. I was given about a 40 min. massage when I paid for an hour. The massage therapist was obviously running behind on her appointments and had one waiting after me. She should not, however, have cut my time so that she could get back on schedule when I arrived early as requested. I will not be going there again. I would have really been mad if I'd paid cash for this massage instead of using a Spafinder gift card.
