I LOVE ISHC. Dr. Kim is the BEST. I am however surprised that when I looked you up on Spa Finder his Chiropractic services were not listed and I couldn't make an appointment with him through the site. When I call I can't get anyone one the phone becuase you guys are so busy.
Jennifer does Awesome with the facials. She's really helped clear up my skin and is a great person in general.
Haven't had a massage yet but will be getting one soon.
You guys keep up the good work and put Dr. Kim on your site.
Also you used to have your own website. Where did it go?

While some reviewers were surprised to find great body work and facial care in the same building as a tack shop, I was THRILLED to find one place to fill so many of my needs/desires. Laura is a terrific massage practitioner and Dr. Kim a skilled and sensitive chiropractor. I have seen Jennifer less often, but that is a reflection of how often I have facials, not how satisfied I have been with her care. Just walking through the door relaxes me.

I've been receiving the waxing services of Jennifer Boyd for 4 years now, and followed her to this location. She's not only a great esthetician, but also a wondeful friend! I highly recommend Indian Springs Hollistic Center!

I've had the foot detox, facial and massage. Loved the facial and massage. Can't wait to go back for my next massage in a couple of weeks. The foot detox was not my fav but not b/c of the spa. It just really grossed me out and wasn't relaxing. Jennifer and Laura are great!

I have had the Foot Detox, Facial and Massage. Outstanding technicians!. Great experience and I will definitely go back. I'm on the site right now to book my next sessions. The staff was extremely helpful is working with me to reschedule appointments due to conflicts.

I visited for the Foot Detox treatment. I sat with my feet in the water for 30 minutes. The water began to change colors, representing the different impurities. It was a good experience, however, I didn't really feel any different.

When I finally found this place I didn't know what to expect as it is in the same building that sells horseback riding equipment. But i was very glad that this place was so awesome! It is very pretty inside and smells good. I had the best massage ever. Laura has a new lifetime customer!

I was looking for a spa and found yours on SpaFinder. Not everyone has used all the services you offer. Your website should list ALL of the services you offer, such as Reiki, Meostherapy, Thalassotherapy, etc..These services are only listed where a customer or potential customer schedules an appointment. All of your services should be listed under your Services section with a detailed explanation of each service you offer. Don't just say 30 minute massage....what kind of massages do you offer and provide a detailed explanation of each. Do the same for Medical Spa Treaments, Chemical Peel, Hydrotherapy,etc...Also you need to add a picture of the outside of your spa and several pictures of the inside of your spa. In addition provide a picture of your staff, their speciality, and their names so when someone new walks in to your spa they will recognize who the are talking with and what their position is at the spa. I hope you take these suggestions the way they are meant, as suggestions that will help to expand your business even more. Your reviews are excellent, now you just need to expand your website, so someone who has never been to your spa will be anxious to book an appointment as soon as possable.

I think that's pretty much what the long sign says above the window where you sign in... and that is so true.
I just went today for my second visit and feel like I have two new friends (haven't seen Dr. Kim yet, but I'm sure I would feel the same way:)
My first appt. was for a foot detox. I had no idea what to expect and after being seated for the treatment, Laura had to inform me that they could not help me in that area because I am pregnant. I love that Dr. Kim immediately looked through the info I filled out instead of filing it away for later- that could have made a huge difference and a bad one at that!
Instead of the foot detox, I had ear candling. Loved the experience and was so pleased that Laura went over and beyond to squeeze me in for some service on that day.
Today was a facial with Jennifer and besides enjoying the procedure, I loved the adult conversation. Jennifer immediately found something we had in commom and we were still chatting after the facial was over and I was off the table :) I left refreshed in more ways than one.
Great place to visit.....you'll be hooked!! Can't wait to go again :)

I've been coming here since the office first opened. (Followed Laura, the massage therapist, from her previous location, so I've been seeing her for ... MANY years!) "Family" is a word that someone used here in their review and it's the perfect word to describe the atmosphere. They are family and, as soon as you walk in the door, you become part of that family, so you can expect to be treated and cared for as such. (You might even get some of the ribbing, too.) I sincerely believe everyone here is the very best in their field. You don't find work ethics or commitment like this anymore. Each of them is extremely knowledgeable and eager to share all the information you could possibly want ... nicely translated ... and it doesn't stop there. If you've got a question that one of them doesn't have the answer to (which would REALLY surprise me), they'll find it. Since I've been part of the family for so long, it's hard to pick out a specific instance to describe, but I can say that I've been coming here for both chiro and massage as preventive maintenance, then rehab from an accident or two (back on my feet a whole lot faster than expected!), and now back to preventive again and finally a bit of yoga. Recently, I've even had a bit of "esthetic" work done. There's hope here for anything that ails you! (Laura even treated my menstrual cramps and that's something that nobody else could EVER do!) I make sure to go at least once a month, but I prefer to go every week because I feel SOOOO much better when I leave here! Holistic therapy - for the mind, body, and spirit. You won't regret it.

I found ISHS when I was looking for a massage therapist and chiropractor for prenatal care. Since the day I first walked in I have loved it! Laura is great and I have never had such an awesome massage. I love the fact that you get one on one personal care and the staff works together to provide this. They truly make you feel like they care about you and not that your just another patient or client. I am convinced that I had a great pregnancy and birth because of Laura and Dr. Kim. Can't wait for my next visit!

Wow! I had my first massage by Laura today and wow! Exactly what I had been looking for in a massage. Her technique is fantastic. I try to get a massage one a month/every six weeks. I have tried several places in Birmingham and they have all been good but this was wonderful. I cannot recommend this facility enough!

I have been frustrated with my acne. Nothing worked, and I hated the medicine I was taking for it. After getting special facials from Jennifer at Indian Springs, my skin looks great. She showed me how take care of it at home, what products I needed, why I shouldn't pick, and explained how the skin works. I want everyone who has acne to go see Jennifer. She is awsome!

I have had several treatments from Indian Springs Holistic Center and I have been very pleased with their professionalism and friendly nature. The one thing that is very clear is that the entire staff truly cares for their patients. True to the theme of a Holistic Center the staff treats the whole body. You will not get a Band-Aid solution to your symptoms if you work with the entire team at Indian Springs. I've been driving by this new location for months now, and decided to stop in to check it out! I was greeted warmly by a the owner, Laura, with a big smile. Laura is a sweet, knowledgable lady who does not only a magnificent massage, (the best I EVER had - but she also is a nutritionist, and yoga instructor! They sell homeopathic medicine, and she told me a lot of information on how it works! Jennifer the esthetician is a great lady who impressed me with her knowledge of skin care ingredients, and did a free skin analysis. I ended up having micro done, and a WONDERFUL facial. I also had the pleasure of meeting the chiropractor. They all seem like family, and treat people with respect and a lot of hospitatlity. From the approachable building, to the chimes and fountains, to the incredibaly friendly staff, I can't see why anyone would want to go anywhere else!
