I have just visited Spa Natural for the first time today. I found the atmosphere friendly relaxed and professional and the staff very friendly. The food was good and the barman very charming. I had a massage and reflexology and both treatments were exceptional!

I visited this spa last year, around May/June I think, and absolutely loved the chintzy slightly down at heel feel of the place. Had a great deal which gave 2 nights in a big oldfashioned room with sash window looking out to the beach, and 2 treatments, with dinners thrown in, for around £160. Money extremely well spent when all I needed was a break away on my own with a stack of newspapers to read with my feet up on the windowsill and a beach to walk up and down on. Thoroughly recommend the treat to all working mums (husbands who can buy it for them, take note!)
