Received a gift certificate to the Lab and went for a 1 hr facial. Jasmine was excellent. She was very knowledgable about dermatology and i so enjoyed the afternoon. I would recommend it to everyone. I definately will be going back.

My husband booked me an all day package to the spa for a massage, facial and pedicure and manicure...the works! They gave me a robe and slippers when I arrived, which I loved because most spas don't do that. I LOVED my Therapists and felt like putty after my massage and facial. The Therapists personalized my services and really listened to me. My manicure lasted a full week without a chip! I would highly recommend this spa to anyone looking to spoil or to get spoiled. I'll definitely be back before my next birthday!

Did not increase pressure even after requesting. Did not focus on areas that were stressed as requested. Messed up bill and got overcharged. When you go to get a massage you expect to leave feeling refreshed and on top of the world. I left feeling cheated and upset. Just an awful experience and would not go back if it were free - not worth my time. There are lots of other places to get a massage in the area that do a much better job.
