I had my Eyes "Tattoo'd" by Lisa.She is wonderful!
The spa is clean, the people are friendly, I'm going back to have my eye lashes done now too!
Perment eyeliner is the way to go!! And Lisa does a WONDERFUL job doing it. She is very sweet, patient, and explains what she is doing all the way through. I looked for 4 Months before I found 1 place that did it. Special ink, special way of doing it, can't be done in parlor, (Yes they knumb you eye lid) lol..
I would tell anyone to go to this spa, If I had cards, I'd pass them out!!!
