- Use of the Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions
- Once activated, the Gift Card can be used at any participating SpaFinder spa partner only. Check with the spa before making appointments or reservations
- The Gift Card may be redeemed for goods and services to the amount of the face value of the Gift Cards but cannot be exchanged for cash or a cash refund
- The Gift card is valid only if it is original and unaltered
- The Gift Card is transferable but is not replaceable if lost, stolen, destroyed or expired.
- Gift Cards are valuable, keep them in a safe place. SpaFinder is not responsible for loss, theft, damage or unauthorized use of card – they cannot be replaced.
- Gift Cards are not a credit, debit or cheque guarantee card.
- The total value of the Gift Card can only be redeemed at a single spa. Change cannot be given in cash, the spa will give a credit note for any unused portion.
- Gift Cards can be exchanged for goods or services of a higher price than the face value of the card on payment of the difference.
- Gift Cards are subject to an expiration date, which is 12 months from the date of activation. After this time the cards will expire without notice.
- Gift Cards are not re-loadable.
- Neither SpaFinder Europe, nor any promotional partner, make any warranty of any kind regarding any service you may receive in connection with a Gift Card and do not assume any responsibility and shall not be liable directly or indirectly for any injury, loss, claim, cost, damage, delay, performance (or non-performance) by any 3rd party providers, or failure of performance resulting from any causes beyond its reasonable control.
