"The SpaFinder Vouchers Prize Draw" ("Prize Draw") qualifying period, including the start and end dates, will be published on the SpaFinder websites, other 3rd party websites where appropriate and other supporting marketing materials.
- The promoter of this Prize Draw is SpaFinder Europe Ltd, 3, Doolittle Yard, Ampthill, Bedforshire, MK45 2NW, United Kingdom ("SpaFinder").
- The Prize Draw will have one (1) winner.
- The Prize Draw is open only to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years or over, but excluding employees or agents of SpaFinder or its related, affiliated or subsidiary companies, or anyone else connected to the Prize Draw and their immediate family. Persons under the age of 18 must have written permission from a parent or guardian to enter the prize draw and will be bound by any age limit restrictions pertaining to the supply of products and services at the redeeming spa.
- You must enter the Competition using your legal name and, by entering the competition, you confirm that all the information submitted by you is true, current and correct.
- No purchase is necessary to enter this Prize Draw, but all entrants must complete and answer all the questions in the online application available at www.spafinder.co.uk.
- Entries sent via agents or third parties will not be accepted. Only one entry per household will be accepted.
- SpaFinder does not accept responsibility for lost or incomplete entries, and entries that do not comply with these rules or applicable law.
- All entries must be received by 23:59 (GMT) on the final day of the prize draw qualifying period. The winning entry will be selected randomly by SpaFinder or its agents from all correct entries received. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- An e-mail will be sent within 30 days of competition closing date to the entrant selected by the judge as the winning entrant. The selected entrant must reply to that e-mail within twenty-one (21) days of SpaFinder or its agent sending it, or will forfeit the prize. SpaFinder reserves the right to select another prize winner if such reply is not received on time, and SpaFinder shall have no liability to a previously-selected prize winner who has not replied as specified above.
- The prize is non-transferable. No cash alternative is available for the prize. In the unlikely event that the prize should become unavailable, SpaFinder reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value.
- Personal Information about the prize winner will be used for the following purposes by SpaFinder, its agents and/or its related or affiliated companies for selection of the winner and delivery of the prize, and for disclosure to the general public as described below.
- The winner's name and county will be hosted on the spafinder.co.uk website following the date of the Prize Draw and entrants accept that if they win, SpaFinder will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their name and county of their postal address for the purposes of announcing the winner of this Prize Draw.
- SpaFinder reserves the right to disqualify any entrants and their submissions if they fail to comply with the Prize Draw rules or the website Terms of Use or Privacy Policy or Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

- Nothing in these prize draw rules restricts your statutory rights as a consumer.
