Payment Methods
All SpaFinder shopping transactions in Europe are processed in Pounds Sterling or Euros and all Gift Vouchers are issued in Pounds Sterling or Euros. When redeeming a SpaFinder Gift Voucher outside the EU, the redeeming spa will convert the value into the currency of their respective country. It will buy a service of equivalent value. We accept AMERICAN EXPRESS, CARTE BLEUE, MAESTRO, MASTERCARD, SOLO, VISA, and VISA ELECTRON.
Return Policy
Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns or reimburse any payment transactions on Gift Voucher or other purchases from SpaFinder (including club memberships), subject to your statutory rights which remain unaffected. If an item is damaged during shipment, please contact a SpaFinder customer service representative at SpaFinder Europe (+44 (0) 870 121 6066) to arrange for a replacement.
Out of Stock?
If a gift collection item is out of stock, SpaFinder reserves the right to include a substitute item of equivalent or greater value.
Shipping
SpaFinder Europe ships by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery, as well as Special Next Day Delivery and Airmail.
Gift Vouchers: In the UK, orders received after 3:00 p.m. GMT will be fulfilled/shipped the next business day. A p&p charge will be added to all orders. UK orders can be despatched Next Day Special Delivery at extra charge. Gift Voucher orders for Continental Europe will be mailed International Airmail. A p&p charge will be added to all orders. Please note: If vouchers are returned undeliverable by the postal service, they will be dispatched to the purchaser's address by First Class Royal Mail Standard Delivery. Spa Store orders received after 3:00 PM GMT will be fulfilled the next business day. SpaFinder Europe ships from its headquarter offices in the UK using Royal Mail as its preferred shipper. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Please note that Gift Vouchers and Spa Store merchandise may ship from separate facilities. Your order may, therefore, ship separately and may not reach the recipient on the same day.
