Use of the SpaFinder Gift Voucher or Card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. SpaFinder Gift Vouchers and Cards may be used at a participating SpaFinder partners only. Before making an appointment, confirm the spa is a partner. The total value of the gift voucher or card can only be redeemed at a single spa. Change cannot be given in cash and the spa will give a credit note for any unused portion. Gift vouchers and cards can be exchanged for goods or services of a higher price than the face value of the card on payment of the difference. Gift vouchers and cards may be redeemed for goods and services to the amount of the face value but cannot be exchanged for cash or a cash refund. SpaFinder Gift Vouchers are only valid if in their original and unaltered state. SpaFinder Gift Cards must be activated at a participating retailer to be valid. Gift vouchers and cards are not replaceable if lost, stolen, destroyed or expired. Gift vouchers and cards are valuable; keep them in a safe place. SpaFinder is not responsible for loss, theft, damage or unauthorized use of gift vouchers or cards - they cannot be replaced. Additional SpaFinder Gift Card T&Cs:
SpaFinder Europe, nor any promotional partner, make any warranty of any kind regarding any service you may receive in connection with a gift voucher or card and do not assume any responsibility and shall not be liable directly or indirectly for any injury, loss, claim, cost, damage, delay, performance (or non-performance) by any 3rd party providers, or failure of performance resulting from any causes beyond its reasonable control. Refunds You have the right to return any voucher or gift purchased on www.spafinder.co.uk within 7 days of original receipt for a full refund. SpaFinder Europe, Ltd. is unable, however, to process returns or reimburse any payment transactions for a gift voucher outside of this period. We are unable to process returns or reimburse any payment transactions on Gift Cards bought from retailers or supplied by other third parties, subject to your statutory rights which remain unaffected. Please also note that once an appointment has been made with a salon or spa the client is bound by their terms and conditions. We will refund the amount paid for the returned goods and all refunds will be made to the person who purchased the voucher and the monies will be refunded directly to the credit/debit card used for the purchase. All refunds will be paid within 30 days of notification of cancellation and receipt of the original voucher/gift. To request a refund you must return your voucher/gift via recorded delivery to SpaFinder Europe Ltd., 3, Doolittle Yard, Ampthill, BEDS, MK45 2NW, UK, along with a covering letter detailing the reason for your refund request.
