What are the benefits of joining SpaFinder?

SpaFinder offers two types of listings: Basic and Professional.

Benefits of the Basic Listing include an online listing on www.spafinder.co.uk and www.spafinder.com websites featuring your address, website link, an image and a 40-word description. In addition, you are automatically enrolled to accept SpaFinder's gift voucher and cards, which will deliver incremental revenue and valuable new clients to your business. In addition to the above, Professional Listings include an email link, four images and a treatment list. The Professional Listing also allows you to upload Special Offers to increase both bookings and your business' exposure on SpaFinder.co.uk.

Are there any start-up or recurring fees?

The Basic Listing administration fee is £50 and the Professional Listing is £250 per annum.

How does SpaFinder gift voucher and gift card redemption process work?

Customers with SpaFinder gift vouchers/cards book directly with your reception and will have specifically denominated vouchers or cards. You accept the SpaFinder voucher/card in the same manner as normal payments for services and/or products. You will then log in to SpaFinder's online redemption system (your username and password are assigned during sign up) to redeem the voucher/card. SpaFinder will remit the face value on the voucher/card less a 17% commission, within 10 working days by BACS payment. Any overspend is yours to keep.

What if someone comes in with a SpaFinder gift voucher or card for an amount that doesn't match the price of our services?

If the customer spends more than the face value of the gift voucher/card, he/she will need pay you directly for the overspend. If the voucher value is more than the amount of the services provided, you will issue a credit note for the remaining balance to be used at a future date. The full gift voucher/card amount must be used at only one location.

Can I still continue with my own gift voucher programme?

Of course! We encourage you to have your own gift voucher programme and hope that the SpaFinder gift vouchers/cards will simply bring you new customers! SpaFinder gift vouchers/cards are sold through our websites, to corporate clients as rewards/incentives and our gift cards are sold at major retailers (including Tesco, Sainsbury's, WH Smith, Clinton Cards, Asda and more) in UK and Ireland.

How many SpaFinder gift vouchers can I expect to see in a month?

This varies depending on season, location and other factors.

A recent new partner told us: "I would like to let you know what a great response we have received from our listing on your website. Within two days we had two telephone inquiries and a day spa package booked. Within two weeks, we had full books on the weekend, and everyone had found us through SpaFinder."

How long does it take to process an enrolment?

It takes three working days to process an enrolment from the time of the sign-up. However, you can start accepting the gift vouchers/cards right away and redeem three days later when your online listing is live and the online redemption tool is fully operational.

What am I agreeing to by joining SpaFinder?

What kind of commitment am I making by signing up?

The agreement is for twelve (12) months and renewed automatically unless there is a cancellation. You can also send us a written cancellation at any point and we will treat it as 30 days written notice. For one calendar month, we will still ask you to honour the bookings with SpaFinder gift vouchers/cards.
