Come here if you want to exercise for eight hours a day...that's it! They take roll and call you in your room if you miss a class. Accommodations are minimal. Food isn't bad. Classes okay...no night time activities, but everyone is exhausted anyway.

I spent four days her in June 2008 and my visit exceeded my expectations on all counts. The services were amazing...Dr.Hauschka's facial, stone massage, blue ridge wrap. I stayed in the mansion and my room was impeccably decorated. The spa food was the best tasting I've ever had. Portions were controlled which is helpful. The hikes were beautiful. The spa/fitness center had picture windows that look out over the blue ridge mountains. This is a really good place to go with your husband or significant other. I saw lots of couples having a great time together.
