Customers would visit this business again.
I was told that I would be enjoying Spa services, and I would be pampered. Unfortunately, due to the staff messing up my appointment I was rushed through a massage, and told that it was my fault for not calling them the day before, to confirm my own appointment. It is unfortunate for a new salon to get a bad rap, but even more unfortunate Aveda backs them up. Tell all your friends not to go here!
