My favorite part about Changes is that they never let me down!!! i've gone for various services over the years and their atomsphere just seems to get better and better. needless to say, the girls and i had a great and relaxing time. The staff was great. i'd go again!

i had the 30 minute head and shoulder massage-and what a great way to start the morning. my husband was up in the room with my kids while i got the morning to myself. the perfect place to relax! the waiting area was amazing! so serene, peaceful. I can stay there all day! my favorite part is that there are in and out priviledges once you've had a spa treatment there. you can start your day there and end your day there! a quick dip in the wirlpool is always a nice way to end an evening!

The spa was awesome! Was the perfect way to end my suprise birthday trip for my sister. The staff was wonderful-very in tune with our needs. And the treatments were just specatular! I would definately go again!
