I am a repeat patron of DeLeonardo Spa. I do not utilize their salon but use their spa every 2 weeks to assist me in managing my symptons with fibromyalagia. I have found that the proper way to obtain the best service possible in a spa service is to allow the staff to get to know you. I have found the staff is extremely committed & passionate about providing you the best experience possible. Trisha is the massage therapist that I have utilized when seeking relieve from my discomfort. She has used a variety of treatments to provide me a wonderful massage experience. I never expected the moon the first day I walked in there, I was willing to take the time to have her get to know what I needed. I also choose to provide my husband a massage on Valentine's day & he stated that Diane was terrific! My belief is that you cannot show up for a one day experience & expect something as intimate as a massage to be everything you expect as your expectation are unrealistic. Massage theraphy is a different experience for everyone & these therapist understand that. They will welcome you on a infrequesnt basis but your expectations have to be in-line for that experience. If they get them to know you & your needs in relation to a body massage it will provide you an amazing experience. I find the atmosphere to be calming & beautiful to enjoy. I truly enjoy my day at the spa & count the days until I can return to this place that offers me some tranqulity. My appreciation to Trisha & the entire staff for providing me such enjoyment.
