This is my first time at Sanctuary Spa and even though I was hoping to arrive 15 minutes before my service, and arrived 5 minutes to my service start time, I was not made to feel rushed at all. The receptionist was very friendly and she asked for my shoe size. She then got me my slippers, then showed me the changing area, and then the relaxation room and its amenities (tea, water, etc). I was provided with a locker and a key, robe and slippers. The changing area was very clean and had two shower areas, lots of towels, and two very cool sinks. The details of the entire spa (of what I saw) were so lovely and inviting. The relaxation was exactly that, dim lights, cozy seating, quiet, some magazines to keep one occupied while I waited for my massage therapist, Tamara. Everyone used their spa voice, which I loved. The massage therapist was excellent, listened to my needs, and paid attention to the details of my stressed out body. I was in heaven. I was really impressed by her talent and would happily come back sooner -- if only I lived closer! Highly recommend for its relaxing atmosephere, customer service, cleanliness.
